The Study of Employment Athletic Clubs of Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with employment in athletic clubs in Brno. First explains the basic concepts. After the thesis is focused on the specification of individual athletic clubs. There are discussed qualifications for particular positions, as well as financial security professional athletes and coaches in clubs. This part is followed guestionnaire survey and its evaluation. In the last part of the thesis, suggestions for improvement in employment and quality of work through continuing education of sports clubs.

This Bachelor´s Thesis analyzes established fitness centre. The aim of this is create a draft business plan. The bachelor´s thesis is articulated into three wired parts – theoretical, analytical and the concept. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. Strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions is define in the analytical part. The concept includes the business plan itself, i.e. the description of the company, vision, business, marketing and organisational plans and the financial aspects of the business plan.

The outcome of this work is meaningful leisure time activities for children and youth during the summer holidays, the development of physical activities of children. Getting more talents. Creating a profit and investment income to camp for further development.

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing plan of the Beskydská laťka. In the theoretical part a terminology of marketing. The practical part is focused on a design of marketing plan for Beskydská laťka. At First necessary information has to be gathered, which serves as a source for analysis of the current state of promotion and communication of Beskydská laťka. In the following part of the work there are suggestions described how to reach higher efficiency of the marketing plan and communication of this event. Based on the results of the analysis a proposal of a modernization marketing plan is carried out.

The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

This paper includes change management in a specific environment of tennis club. First of all, there will be described the history of tennis, its formation and origin, and the rules. The next point, which is described in this paper, is the analysis of the current status of the tennis club, its operations and the conditions for the players. Another point includes financial situation; this section contains interview with club owners, inquiry with employees, and the evaluation. The last part of this paper, there will be prepared draft on how the service can be improved and how the employees performance can be enhanced.

The contribution deals with the analysis of inquiries and the experience in the area of mental hygiene care and the health of teachers at primary and secondary schools. It follows up with the research aim of the Ministry of Education "Teachers and the Health" informing of the results concerning the issue. The mental health care should not be forgotten as it usually happens among teachers. All teachers from this program say, about their problems with the regulation of tension and relaxation throughout the year.
