Protection of creative industrial property rights and international Law

- 1 - The protection of the creative industrial property rights and international law The topic of submitted thesis is "The protection of the creative industrial property rights and international law". Its aim is to analyse the regulation of creative industrial property rights from the international perspective. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first one I have described the history of international cooperation in the field of industrial property protection, the milestones to be emphasized are the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property Rights (1883), the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organization (1967) and the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (1994). Some attempts of regional cooperation are briefly discussed, especially those in Europe (European Union, European patent organization), but others in the Eurasian area, Africa, Asia, South America and other parts of the world as well. The second part of the thesis is focused on the individual types of creative industrial property rights. Title: First ascent in Big Wall The sumary: This thesis is devoted to rock-climbing and especially to unique big wall climbing. This thesis is focused on a special discipine of the climbing Big Walls - first ascent. It should provide complete strategy and technique of big wall rock-climbing. It consists of history of Big Wall climbing, basic equipment, technique, tactics, methods of first ascent and many other specific aspects. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the application of the QRQC method as a tool for a non-conforming production management in Poclain Hydraulics s.r.o. company. The opening part describes selected and commonly used quality tools. The work furthermore continues with a general description of the QRQC method. The main and final part is focused on the analysis of practical use of this method. Benefits of QRQC method in terms of non-conforming production and customer claims are described, based on the data given by the company.

Prediction of suitable cutting conditions for machining of main steels

In this thesis is described machining of barrel steels and determination of the most suitable cutting conditions for this process. In the theoretical part was characterized cutting process and explained problems of VBD wear, chip formation and roughness of the surface. There were also explained most common cutting materials and in the last part were described CVD and PVD coating methods. In the experimental part was measured force load during turning. There was also tested eight carbide cutting inserts from SECO TOOLS. During the tests were measured additional surface roughness values and taken chip samples as well. From the evaluated load force data were determined optimized cutting conditions for machining barrel steels and most suitable type of cutting insert.

This bachelor thesis focuses on a valuation of Delta Air Lines stock using both fundamental and technical analysis. Firstly, I will assess the impact of global factors, therefore I will focus on the American stock market. In the next chapter I will look at sector analysis, where I will concentrate on the airline industry. The third chapter belongs to company analysis, where I will evaluate the exact stock and assign the right price to it. The fourth and final chapter describes technical analysis and its procedures that help predict the future movement of the stock price.

This thesis deals with the regulatory rules issued by the so-called. Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. It is an informal organization without legal personality, which operates at the Bank for International Settlements, and her published documents lack legally binding. This work has focused on two areas of activity of the Basel Committee - capital adequacy and corporate governance in the banking sector. Basel Committee on Banking Supervision is a leading authority in the field of banking regulation, which dates back to the mid-70s of the 20th century. The Basel Committee is composed of the governors of the central banks of the member states and organizations and currently represents a major authority in the banking, because the content of the documents of the Basel Committee incorporated into their legal systems for more than 100 countries worldwide. Basel Committee began issuing complex documents capital adequacy in July 1988, when the first document was posted under the abbreviated name of Basel I. Although it was a very imperfect adjustment and largely based on compromises rather than deeper analysis, Basel I meant the first major step towards supranational control of the capital adequacy of banks in order to eliminate the risks arising from their activities.
