Enforcement in the form of Tax and Judicial Execution

The issue of tax and judicial enforcement includes legal, tax and judicial aspects, which are interconnected by law. In practice, this is a relatively complex and common issue in the Czech Republic, although it is not commonly discussed. It is always necessary to consider the possibilities and aspects involved in the issue. This bachelor's thesis can serve the reader as a summary view of the issue of foreclosures, where the reader will also learn the differences between tax and judicial execution and their possible solutions, but above all recommendations on how to prevent execution.

Dental Care in Primary School Children

This Thesis tries using a questionnaire survey in some primary schools in Kladno identify the main problems of dental hygiene. These problems relate to dental care for pupils of first and second degree. Furthermore, the work potential obstacles to improvement. And finally, possible ways how to solve and prevent this negative situation. The topic of the thesis and still fall within the current problems with children's dental health. This topic is covered by many professionals and research worldwide. The main part is based on information collected during the survey in schools. This part is the extra work complemented by valuable insights and suggestions addressed dentists and dental hygienists. The text has also focuses on the role and effectiveness of preventive school programs. The work also contains theoretical and professional website themes. Most attention is devoted to the actual anatomy of the teeth, tooth decay characteristics and its preventive measures. Representation of Vietnamese in the Czech newspapers

Diploma thesis "Representation of Vietnamese in the czech newspapers" deals with representation of this ethnic minority living in the Czech Republic in some czech newspapers. Vietnamese are the third biggest group of foreigners in the Czech Republic. They started coming to our republic in 50's by agreements between Czechoslovakia and the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Some of them stayed here after 1989 but most of immigrants after 1989 are the new incomers, mostly they come even with families. The reasons of their arrivals are most often better economic situation or better education. The vietnamese community living here is quite reserved so the media are often the only opportunity how to gain some information about this group. But the studies show that Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic get into the media above all in context of criminality. The aim of the survey, done by means of quantitative content analysis, is to chart the representation of the Vietnamese - in what way and contexts the chosen media write about them, eventually find out the fixed ways of presenting the Vietnamese or their stereotypes.

In my master’s thesis I narrow the subject of illustration in relation to set design, as described in my bachelor’s thesis, to the topic of drawing in performing arts. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part aims at defining key concepts for the selected topic. Subsequently, I situate them in the context of theater, outlining the historical development of the use of drawing in performing arts and citing contemporary examples from this artistic field. In this part I mention some specific works, artists, and artistic groups concerned with these expressive means. The second part of the thesis is a practical reflection of my own theatrical work that was created during my graduate studies. Using my own experience and knowledge I attempt here to substantiate the claims made in the theoretical part.

The text has also focused on the role and effectiveness of preventive school programs, as well as theoretical and professional aspect of the topic, when most attention is devoted to the actual anatomy of the teeth, bite disorders, orthodontic apparatuses and their maintenance in dental hygiene. ILLUSTRATION X STAGE

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the issue of illustration, its relationship to scenography and its function in the theatrical context. The work focuses mainly on illustration as a phase in the creative process and its transformation into language on stage. The bachelor's thesis is composed of two larger text units and an appendix containing images. The first part of the work provides an explanation of the term illustration, a historical context, a general overview of the issues related to illustration and the stage, important figures related to illustration, as well as the author's own perspective on this topic. The subjective nature of this work lends more space to the second part, in which the author's own scenographic practice serves as a demonstration and elaboration of the theoretical findings as described in the first part. Indeed, practical experience in the field can effectively represent the claims, which would not fully convey the meanings if they remained only in the theoretical realm. The bachelor's thesis is permeated with images that illustrate the written passages accordingly. Documentation of the auteurial theatre performance Korvína is attached at the end of the work.
