Decision-making about cloud service providers with respect to data security

Organizations that during the past years become accustomed to run its services on its on-premise solution, have increasingly to decide if they will in these days continue to operate their IT services in this way, or take advantage of new opportunities for cloud-based solution. However, the transition to this new technology, which entrusts their data into the hands of external companies, accompanied by a fear of security of their sensitive data. The main objective of this thesis is to propose a reference model that will assist organizations in their selection process of cloud service providers with respect to data security. In conclusion the quality and usefulness of this reference model is validated by knowledge and information, which are obtained during interviews with IT specialists.
Credibility of the information in the media communication

This master's thesis deals with the issue of information credibility, especially in case of the communication of information from media to the public. There are represented the most important concepts of the theory of information, media and communication. The main part presents a survey among Czech journalists and the public which was tasked to find out how these two groups of respondents see the media credibility according its type.
Google+ implementation in order to improve communication effectivity within workgroup

Diploma thesis is focused on electronic social networks and implementation of these networks inside a work association from information technology industry. The thesis is divided into two main parts which systematically follow each other. In theoretical part the chosen online social networks are described with highlights of possible usage in professional association. Also the usage of these networks in Czech Republic is compared and analyzed. Next in line are shown current standards in business communication and these are then softly connected to an explanation, why some kind of electronic social networks should be used in a company, regarding the law. The applying part describes the researched professional association and analyses problematic situation which is solved in this writing. Using the Multiple-criteria decision-making method an electronic social network which suits best is picked for usage in researched association and then implemented in real life. Data collected after implementation from user feedback is used to cast a résumé, whether the process went well or not, and the lasting result on communication effectivity from both management and employee views. Based on the result mentioned above, a bonus set of advices and possible innovations which the association should obey when using implemented electronic social network is included.
Analysis of IaaS market

The thesis focuses on cloud computing which has become technological trend in the last years and possibilities how to use IT services. Still more expanding offer of cloud services brings new ways for organizations how to efficiently utilize capabilities. The main objective of thesis is the Infrastructure as a service market's analysis carried out in the form of comparison between chosen IaaS public cloud providers, based on multicriterial decision making. For purposes of the analysis are set appropriately categorized criteria on which basis is provider's comparison performed. Partial objectives of theoretical part is the definition of cloud computing and its division, description of strengths and weaknesses, characteristics of IaaS market situation. The contribution is an actual comparison of IaaS providers respected to specified criteria.
Analysis of the behavior of users of social network Facebook

This thesis is about the issue of privacy in the virtual world of social networks. It describes the pitfalls as well as options in the area of privacy in a user interface of social network Facebook. It also analyzes the user knowledge of these options by using the questionnaire survey and try to find a correlations in the answers of users. The conclusion suggests ways to raise social awareness of the principles of functioning of social networks and the handling of personal data on the Internet.
Enterprise use of social networks

The thesis deals with theme of social networks especially from the view of companies. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. There is a necessary knowledge base of social networks and its use from perspective of a company in the theoretical part. There is also mentioned the topic of social networks analytics because it's the main theme of the practical part of the thesis. The research in the practical part analyzes the companies from Czech Republic, Germany and United States of America. The research is aimed on their behavior on Facebook and their company presentations there. There are two methods used in the practical part. One method compares the list of companies during the time period of 3 year (90 days of 2011 compared to 90 days of 2014). The other one compares the list of companies from geographical point of view. The goal of the practical part of the thesis if evaluation of pre-defined hypotheses.
Some possibilities of use of social networks in the field of e-commerce?

The aim of this thesis is to describe favourite social networks and the types of advertisement that are provided on those networks. In the second part is explained the term e-commerce and describe its various kinds. The practical part is dedicated to behaviour of chosen e-shops on the social network Facebook and as a result of analysis is proposed marketing communication and advertisement for a model e-shop.

The thesis deals with social media in general, describes the basics of Human Resouces and recruitment process, its methods and types, social network LinkedIn and how it is used in recruitment. Applied research methodologies are questionnaire, interview and processing of professional literature. The objective of this work is to elucidate the social network LinkedIn and find out the level of its use for recruitment in companies and experience of its users.
Analysis of the marketing activities of the selected e-shop

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of marketing activities of a selected e-shop from the Internet marketing point of view. It deals with the instruments of Internet marketing, Internet advertising services and the social media. The study focuses on introducing the topic of Internet marketing. A complete analysis of the selected e-shop is also present. The analysis is based on internal sources, which are mainly used for examination of viewer ratings and PPC systems. The next step was a presentation of evaluation or alternatively suggestion of possible improvements. The theoretical part introduces the Internet marketing itself, its instruments, techniques and ways of communication. The phenomenon of viewer ratings is also described. The practical part begins with general characteristics of the chosen e-shop. Following chapters focuses on the analysis itself. The conclusion section summarizes the analysis and evaluates the results of the research. The thesis aimed to introduce general instructions of how to make an analysis of Internet activities of one's own e-shop, which can be very beneficial.
Use of social networks for recruitment

This bachelor thesis deals with social networks and their use in recruitment process. The aim is to assess whether social networks can become the main method for recruitment, to find out recruiters' opinion on the use of social networks and to compare these findings with the period of three years ago. Finally, also to characterize the selected social networks and to compare their applicability. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of human resource management and recruitment. It also gives an overview of social networks, their history and statistics of today's use. Next part discusses the possibilities of social recruitment followed by analysis of social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Practical part contains analysis of data obtained from interview and questionnaire study carried out among HR specialists. The results were compared to the same research conducted in 2012.
