The evaluation of strenght abilities during sezon in 16-17 years old ice hockey players

Title: Evaluation of strength development during the hockey season in category of younger cadets Objectives: The main objective is to determine the effectiveness of the two months weight training program in the racing season 2014/2015 with a younger junior category players in ice hockey. Based on the results of motor tests before and after the intervention to assess the effectiveness of strength training, respectively. ineffectiveness of strength training. Another goal is to perform a literature search of titles that deal with issues of youth strength training. Methods: This research work was realized with the help of motor testing method. Results: In both monitored file has been changed levels of power capabilities. The research group was divided into two sets. A set of graduated strength program, file B is not. In individuals from Group B were major changes of power capabilities, although weight training did not pass. Individuals who, have at least the first measuring points is compared to the last testing improved the most. For individuals who have the most points in the first measurement occurred against the last test for such a big change. Further this thesis aims to analyze training games on real examples. Methods: The works character is research. The aim is to gather and organise information about sledge hockey and training games. The practical part of this thesis is based on indirect analysis, specifically video-analysis. Satisfaction of HC Sparta Praha ice hockey players

Title: Satifaction of HC Sparta Praha ice hockey players Objectives: The main aim of bachelor thesis is to chart satisfaction of ice hockey players in A team of HC Sparta Praha. Based on the results of the questionnaire some recommendations that would help the current situation will be made. Methods: Questionnaires were used for research of player's satisfaction in HC Sparta Praha, where the satisfaction with different factors and services that are offered by the team management were investigated. Data collection was carried out directly in the spaces of the cloakroom of A team after their training on June 5, 2015. Results: It was found out that the majority of players in HC Sparta Praha are rather satisfied. It is necessary to improve certain factors in order to achieve the absolute satisfaction of players. The research was attended by 31 respondents and the obtained data is shown in tables and graphs within the results part of the thesis. Players are satisfied with the equipment and environment the most, on other hand way they are the least satisfied with finances and rewards. Title: The comparison of the quantity of gaming activities of players in ice hockey dufield the game in a small space and the entire field at young school age. Objectives: The aim was to find out on the basis of frequency of individual gaming activities by examining what is the moct effecient variant of the sice of the playing area due to the different number of players on the field dufield the ice hockey matches at young school age. Methods: The method of indirect observation was used, namely the video analysis. I watched 14 game, which 10 games were played on 1/3 field and 4 games were played on the entire field. All data were acquired dufield the 2014/2015 season in the age group of primary school age, specifically in the 4th grade players. The sample consisted od 42 subjects. The obtained values were put into created tables and then statistically evaluated and compared to find the most effective option. Results: Based on the video analysis and statistical evaluation od the data, it was found that minihockey played on 1/3 of the fiedl was more effective in two out of three cases. In terms of frequency of shooting and keeping the puck was the allover 5 against 5 hockey much more effective, on the other hand the least effective was minihockey 5 to 5 on 1/3 of the field. Title: Fitness preparation of youth in ice hockey Objective: The objective of this work was to examine the use of fitness preparation and the involvement of fitness coaches in youth categories of ice hockey clubs. In order to fulfill the objective of this work an anonymous questionnaire was created. The purpose of the questionnaire was to find the sources of information which coaches use to educate themselves and to find out how they approach the whole concept and content of fitness preparation. Methodology: This bachelor's thesis was designed as a quantitative research based primarily on a questionnaire with evaluation of the qualitative data. Non-standardized open and closed questions were used in the questionnaire. These questions were selected based on repeated consultations with experts in the field of pedagogy, methodology and ice hockey. The questionnaire together with an introductory explanation was sent to coaches of selected youth categories. These coaches were approached via email or telephone and were familiarized with how to correctly fill out the questionnaire. The acquired data were evaluated using descriptive statistics and qualitative evaluation. In the same time make a survey on a selected sample of respondents and analyze, evaluate results.
