The Time Management Requirements For Entrepreneurship And University Studies

The bachelor Thesis The Time Requirements For Entrepreneurship And University Studies compares three groups of college students and their time management capabilities. It compares their interest in time management and its usage with the help of individual time management tools. It further examines, which factors disturb students the most when performing tasks and achieving goals. Within each group, it is determined whether a self-employed students have to commit more time to entrepreneurial activities than working students to their job. Which of the three categories of students is devoting the most time to school-related activities. And what overall impact these activities have on grades and on the process of studying itself.
Lean Start Up for product SweetBox

This Bachelors Thesis (BT) aims to purpose a guide for the continuous development of the product SweetBox, applying Lean StartUp approach and Operations Management tools. The motivation of this BT development of a start up company, with little investments and resources in possession. To fulfil the aim, a guide for Lean StartUp development is constructed. This BT is built upon usage of Lean StartUp cycle methodology, through preparation of hypothesis and cycles. Each cycle has hypothesis and knowledge to help create and alter the product. By iteration, after three cycles, a primary guide is proposed. This BT evidences the viability of Lean StartUp model. The obtained knowledge facilitates the presentation of the final product version. Interviewers were successfully transformed from non-buyers to buyers and eventual sales figures stabilized. The methodology is recent, introduced in 2011 year. This kind of method for company and product development was originated and mainly applied in Information Technology firms. The BT contributes to the body of knowledge, evidencing that the methodology works and feasible to apply. This BT demonstrates the application of this method in the product producing companies.
Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Opportunities in the Context of Entrepreneur's Experience and Opportunity Type

The aim of this thesis is to find out how start-ups or beginning entrepreneurs evaluate business opportunities. More specifically, the intention is to reveal whether their assessment of business opportunities differs in some way depending on the type of opportunity. It was then examined how the assessment of business opportunities differs from the perspective of beginning versus experienced entrepreneurs. This comparison used the research results of Laboutka (2010), who examined the assessment of the opportunities of experienced entrepreneurs. The research method used was a qualitative research using case studies that reflect business opportunities. Based on the investigation it was found that beginning entrepreneurs mostly reflect personal feelings related to that product or segment in evaluating opportunities and the type of opportunity does not play a major role. When comparing beginning and experienced entrepreneurs, there were not identified any significant differences in their assessments.

Management of fast-growing company - Footshop

The aim of this study is to analyse available tools and strategic management theories dealing with the growth of the company, to apply the theory in the form of case study on the fast growing small business and propose recommendations for the management of similar companies. The theoretical part is focused to the issue of the strategic management tools. Furthermore it deals with comparison of rigorous and agile approach to managing and planning the growth of the company. The analytical part of the work is written as a case study of company, which is growing by hundreds of percent per year. It describes the situations and decisions in company during its growth. Different approaches to the management are shown on specific examples of the company situations. At the end, there are recommendations for companies at a similar stage. Description of new management tools and methods implemented in company is also a part of study. This is particularly the delegation at higher level, reporting, focusing on the core business and managing business transformations while preserving its identity.

This Bachelors thesis is aiming to create a business plan showing how a mobile application can be developed and put on the market. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part gives the reader an insight into the business and startups in particular. It includes definitions, businessman view on a business, rules, legislation, structure of a business plan and different business analysis tools. Then the practical part is the about putting the theoretical part into the practice. In our case it will be applied on QuickJOBS mobile application. Doing so should help the project to be ready for the future obstacles and find a plan to proper overcome them.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to set up a business plan of a company that is focused on arranging tourist trips for Czech tourists to the USA. The main contribution of the thesis is a research on whether this entrepreneurial idea represents a viable business plan in this field. The bachelor´s thesis will be composed of two parts theoretical and practical. Theoretical part will be followed by Business plans. In the beginning of the practical part the company, business opportunity and supplied product will be described into detail. Furthermore, mission and vision will be formulated and funding budget will be created together with marketing strategy. Moreover, market analysis and analysis of existing competition are also included in this research.

The main goal of this thesis is to create a business plan for the project called RozbitýSamsung.cz. Further, it will evaluate the whole business idea on the basis of this research. There are two main parts in this thesis. The first one describes a theoretical background needed for an elaboration of a successful business plan. The second one is focused on market research, financial plan and other necessary elements that are embodied in a business plan. The conclusion summarizes all the results from the practical part, evaluates the market situation and includes the final decision about implementation.

The first part is focused on different types of support for startups. The second part summarizes general information about xPORT VŠE Business Accelerator. The third part is devoted to important factors for successful implementation of projects. The last part contains the analysis of questionnaire survey and the main recommendations.
The procrastination of college students

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic procrastination of the college students. It seems the procrastination is still more often habit and people, not only students, are suffering by it all over the world. Many students are procrastinating but a lot of them only think they are procrastinating and they just want to hide their laziness. This bachelor thesis has some goals: to find out, if students know procrastination, if they are procrastinating, how and how long. There is described procrastination in the first part, its types and how to fight with it. In the second part is the research, its results, summary, findings and advices.
