Text Recognition Enhanced by Writer Identity
Trněný, Matěj ; Kišš, Martin (referee) ; Kohút, Jan (advisor)
The objective of this theses was to implement a neural network for text recognition enhanced by writers identity. Adversarial learning method was selected for this purpose. Usefulness of this method was verified by experiments. This net should yield better results on data which are not similar to data contained in training data set. Accuracy of the resulting net was compared to method single-task learning and method multi-task learning. Net implementing single-task learning method has reached average character recognition error of 7, 995%, net implementing multi-task learning method has reached average error of 7, 565% and net implementing adversarial learning method has reached average error of 7, 573%. In comparison to the net implementing single-task learning multi-task learning has improvement of 5, 38% and adversarial learning has reached improvement of 5, 28%.

Quality of care in the treatment of non-healing wounds (in wound management)
HOLUBOVÁ, Adéla
Introduction: Quality care for patients with non-healing wounds requires a systematic approach that should include a complete wound assessment and an objective description of the wound assessment. Goals: The goal was to assess how non-healing wounds were evaluated and documented in clinical practice at selected health care facilities and social care providers in the Czech Republic. To verify whether a clinical algorithm for evaluating non-healing wounds is available in clinical practice for selected providers and whether it is used. Methods: A mixed research design was used. The first research method was a cross-sectional retrospective study - content analysis of documentation for non healing wounds in clinical practice at selected health care and social care providers in the Czech Republic. Statistical methods of one-stage and two-stage sorting were used to evaluate the information obtained through content analysis of the data, and absolute and relative frequencies were determined through disaggregation. Identification of potential groups was performed by calculating a similarity matrix based on Gower metric followed by application of a hierarchical agglomerative clustering algorithm. One-stage and two-stage data classification was used to evaluate the information obtained from the questionnaire survey. Two-stage sorting was performed to assess the independence between the selected pairs of questions using appropriate tests according to the nature of the data obtained (chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, Kruskal-Walli's test followed by pairwise comparison) at a significance level of ? = 0.05. Results: The research was carried out in selected health care facilities and social care providers in the Czech Republic (3 faculty health service providers, 5 non-faculty health service providers, 4 social care providers and 4 ambulatory health service providers). 331 health documentations of patients with non-healing wounds were analyzed. The total number of questionnaires analyzed was 565. The resulting data of the cross-sectional retrospective study conducted in 14 selected health care and social care providers can be separated into three separate groups, with the highest quality of wound assessment being the nursing documentation of wound healing consultants, in which the most frequent use of objective scales and the highest number of assessment parameters were verified. Use of the Clinical algorithm was only confirmed in non-faculty healthcare providers. More frequent use of the Clinical algorithm was verified when a wound healing consultant was present (p <0.001; chi-square test). From the outcome data of the questionnaire study carried out in 11 selected health care facilities and social care providers, it was validated that statistically significant differences in the wound documentation process were most frequently demonstrated between faculty and non-faculty health care providers (p <0.05; chi-square test). Respondents working at health care faculty-based facilities rated the following items as more significant: type, etiology, wound location and size, wound bed, wound infection continuum, granulation quality assessment, wound odor, and comorbidities. Conclusion: It was verified that the process of assessment of non-healing wound parameters was very inconsistent. The recommended procedure for assessment of non-healing wounds was not properly followed and accepted in the clinical practice by the assessed care providers. We verified that the presence of a wound healing consultant was associated with the more frequent use of objective wound assessment scales to document wound care and condition. This study is educational, informative and pragmatic in character.
Nutrition care in the treatment of pediatric patients with Crohn's disease
ČADOVÁ, Andrea
This bachelor thesis deals with the nutrition care of pediatric patients with Crohn's disease. The main goal is to find out whether the patients' parents and the patients themselves are sufficiently informed about nutrition and if Crohn's disease had impact on the eating habits of the children. The theoretical part is focused on the current epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic procedure and treatment options. It is also focused mainly on clinical nutrition and dietary measures. For this research, I chose a qualitative approach, which was attended by ten children respondents and ten mothers. The practical part is divided into three subchapters. The first of them is devoted to case reports with basic information about patients obtained from personal and nutritional anamnesis. The second part evaluates the answers of the mothers of the respondents and the respondents themselves to the questions asked during the semi-structured interviews. The last part is devoted to the evaluation of eight week-long menus and two 24-hour calls. This research has shown that parents and pediatric patients are well informed about the diet of Crohn's disease but some of them think that not all the questions they had were answered. Then they can search answers for their unanswered questions on non-professional websites. For most respondents, Crohn's disease did not have a particularly significant impact on their eating habits. Reduction of the number of fried meals and fast food was the most common change in the patients' lives.
Investigating grammatical mistakes made by Czech students of English
ŠESTÁK, Jiří
The main theme of the bachelor thesis is the most common mistakes made by Czech students of English. The theoretical part will define selected grammatical phenomena and focus on their classification, mapping the possible influence of the mother tongue of Czech speakers on the use of English grammar. The practical part will examine mistakes made by students in their written works and identify the different groups of grammatical phenomena in which students often err. The conclusion of the practical section will be devoted to analysing the results of testing the most common grammatical errors and possibly comparing the level of English language proficiency of individual students.

Name of the thesis: The comparative analysis of the strength preparation of the paralympic discus throw winner ofF 55 category ofyear training cycles 2004 - 2006 Aim of the thesis: The main point of the thesis was mapping and comparing the strength preparation of discus throwers paralympionic M.N and the Czechoslovakian representative G. Valent. Year training cycle 2005 - 2006 ofM.N. was compared with G. Valenťs training cycle 1987 - 1988. Method: The method of the comparative analysis was used in studying of the used literature, data correlation, structures and contexts. AU needed information about the year training cyc1es (YTC) of both sportsmen had been used in the comparative analysis. The strength preparations of both sportsmen had been compared. The statistic and graphic symbolization ofobtained data were made considering the point ofthe task. Result: The strength preparation in YTC 2005 - 2006 of M.N. is not different from the strength preparation inG. Valenťs RTC 1987 - 1988. The biggest difference of the strength preparation was in strengthening up to 75 % of persona} maximum. M.N. had 6 640 of an activity rate and G. Valent reached 15 565 of an activity rate. This difference has showed the finite possibilities of the strength preparation of handicapped people. Technical preparation...
Legal Regulation of Capital Construction
Strnad, Zdeněk ; Oehm, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Zahradníčková, Marie (referee)
112 Summary The present thesis analyses legal regulation of capital construction in the Czech Republic. It defines the term of capital construction as a legal, economic and technical activity involving comprehensive development and launching of investment units, putting it in the context of the current legal regulation of capital construction, included primarily in Sections 536 through 565 of the Commercial Code governing contracts for work. The thesis outlines the history of legal regulation, dealing with capital investment regulation in the then Economic Code, which was very detailed and of relatively good quality, but a product of its time and - compared to the current regulation - very imperative, denying the principle of an autonomous will of the contracting parties. The thesis mentions the then understanding of the contract for work, which - contrary to the present situation - did not exist as a single contract type but included a number of particular contract types. Differentiation between two stages of capital construction (preparation of capital construction and execution of capital construction) and the specific performance which was agreed used to be crucial for the choice and application of the specific type of contract. The thesis describes the position of the contract for work as a contract...
