Detached house, Lavičky

This thesis deals with the design documentation house for a family of four. The new building is located in the district Žďár nad Sázavou in the cadastral Lavičky. It used brick technology and longitudinal support system with two floors. The building is covered with a saddle roof and two flat vegetation roof.
Apartment house Proluka in Olomouc

The task of the bachelor thesis was to process the documentation for the new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is located in Olomouc, in a terraced development, in the gap site. The building is oriented to the northeast and southwest. The apartment building is designed as a basement with four floors. In the basement, there are three separate garages, storage rooms, and rooms for the technical operation of the building. A total of eight residential units are designed on the upper floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Barrier-free vertical transport is provided by an elevator located in the mirror of the staircase. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are made of sand-lime masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is the gable. The apartment house is insulated with mineral wool insulation.
Relaxation - recreation Hotel Dubník

The diploma thesis deals with project design documentation of a Relaxation – recreation hotel Dubník in Stará Turá. The object is designed as a two floor building with basement below ground level. Object´s ground plan is rectangular shaped. First floor contains a lobby, restaurant, a kitchen, and a hotel administration part. Second floor is meant for accomodiaton. Sauna and ice pool is designed in basement. Construction system is combinated. Coping consists of a double sloping roof made out of wooden roof trusses.
New detached house wit hair studio

The subject of the thesis is a design of a two storey family house without basement with a hairdresser´s salon. The building is situated in the middle of the Poříčí u Litomyšle, c.a. Poříčí u Litomyšle. The living area of the house dedicated for permanent living is suitable for 6 people. The hairdresser´s salon is designed for one person. The entrance to the building has wheelchair access. There are 2 parking spots, one is designated for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The building is based on strip foundations which are placed in a frost line. The bricked construction system is made of polished ceramic blocks Heluz. The house is insulated by a contact system from EPS. Internal partition walls and the ceiling structure are also made of the system Heluz. Roofing of the building above the 1st over ground floor is solved by a single-layer green flat roof. The gabled roof above the 2nd over ground floor is made of trussed girder. The design of the house includes a garage designated for two cars. The thesis includes seminar work which evaluates constructions from the point of view of thermal technology and acoustics.

The project addresses the new family house in Havlíčkův Brod. The aim of this work is the preparation of project documentation for construction. The new house is designed for 4-6 membered family for year-round occupancy. The house has a double garage. The building has two floors and a basement. The building is brick with natural ceramic material Liapor with a flat roof. The roof consists of asfalt strips. The building is situated on gently sloping terrain.
Fire station

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of new construction of fire station in Šumperk. The fire station is designed according to ČSN 73 5710 as a C type station that will be used by professional fire brigade of Olomouc district. The object is structurally divided into two parts - a masonry building, and a reinforced concrete frame. The administrative part of the building together with the base of the fire brigade, technical room, and a fire tower are designed as a masonry building made of Ytong cellular concrete units. One of the parts is designed as a two-level object, while the technical room and the fire tower are designed as a sigle-level object. The circumferential masonry is insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The floor construction is made of Spiroll prestressed floor slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The garage is a single-level building with built-in structure of storerooms in part of the garage. The precast reinforced concrete frame is set on foundation pads and foundation sills. The horizontal and vertical supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete parts – columns, Spiroll floor slabs, floor girders, sway frames, purlins and small purlins. The whole object is covered by a warm flat roof. The external cladding consists of PUR isolating sanwich panels.

The main topic of this Bachelor thesis is design of the family house with attached place of business - grower distillery. Building consist of living part with 2 floors (where one is the attic), garage and place of business. Construction is designed for four to five person family. Building site is located in southwestern part of the municipality Ptení, direction to the Holubice village. This part is new development area for family houses. Work consist of the project documentation for construction, the technical report and seminar papers. The topic of the seminar work is flooring – mainly features and requirements of wear layer.
Apartment house in Šlapanice

The subject of the Bachelor‘s thesis was to create a project documentation for the construction of the new residential building in Šlapanice with almost zero energy consumption. Object is designed as three-storey house non-basement. The new building is situated on a corner of two streets and is connected to the buildings from the southeast side. On the first floor there are three establishments, technical rooms and garage parking. On the second floor there are four residential units with a terrace. The third floor has three residential units with a balcony. The foundation structure consists of reinforced concrete belts on drilled piles. The construction system is longitudinal, made of large-format lime-sand blocks for machine bricklaying. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof structure is made of prefabricated wooden trusses. Deep foundation is used to obtain thermal energy from the subsoil using a ground-to-water heat pump. The piles are designed to be energy efficient.

Restaurant chalupa

The main aim of this master’s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new restaurant Chalupa. Building is situated in area of the local camp on the edge of the town called Mořkov. The building has one above-ground floor and a partial basement. On above-ground floor, there are two main parts: restaurant and kitchen. Then there are also private room and sanitary facilities for both customers and staff. The building is designed as a CLT superstructure and has a gable roof. The vertical loadbearing structures and non-loadbearing walls are designed of CLT panels. The horizontal loadbearing structures are designed of reinforced cast-in-place concrete slab. Heating energy is supplied by pellet boiler. Ventilation is provided by air conditioning unit. Shading is provided by external louvers. In the third pard, I am creating the facility management plan for this building. The project and visualizations were carried out in the Autocad program.
