Changes in Consolidated Financial Statements as a Result of Changes in the Size of the Share in the Company

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of consolidated financial statements, namely the change of the consolidation method, the consolidation group Energie - stavební a báňská. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and ways of calculations related to the topic. In the analytical part, the thesis deals first with the analysis of the current economic situation of the group, as well as with the calculation of the full consolidation method. This area will proceed freely to the design part, which includes a concrete proposal for streamlining the economic results of the consolidation group. Finally, the effects of the proposed change in the consolidation method will be fully evaluated using financial analysis.

The master thesis Management of personal development deals not only with a theoretical picture about the issue of management of personal development in general perspective but also with a practical insight into the investigated company CNC KOVO s.r.o. focusing on workers, production masters and last but not least the company's executives. The theoretical part features some of the basic concepts of the monitored areas, especially time management, stress management and personality analysis of manager. Acquired knowledge is further applied to the practical part of the thesis, and results in recommendations for enhancing the personal development of employees as well as the company's entire business.

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje právní základy a užití občanského zákoníku, majetkových zákonů, občanského soudního řádu a exekuční řádu v obchodu s nemovitostmi. Skrze případové studie se snaží poukázat na kritická místa a proveditelnost jednotlivých investic do exekucí zasažených či jinak právně znehodnocených nemovitostí. Závěrečná část hledá standardizované postupy, které nachází optimální mix rizika a profitability.

Sociological View of the Medieval Family

The paper offers a historical and sociological view of a medieval family. Primary as well as secondary literature was used in its elaboration. It deals, for example, with the division of roles among men, women, and children. In the Middle Ages, there were strict views of life, strongly influenced by Christianity and, above all, the Catholic church. Household life was strictly patriarchal in the Middle Ages, with the woman and children being subordinated to the man. Unmarried brothers and sisters were often members of the household. After the death of the father, the wife or the oldest son took his place. The Church had a significant impact on marriage and its conclusion, as it had strict rules for engagements as well as an age limit and regulations for marriage. Marriage in the ruler's court was different, as state, political and economic influences prevailed in its preparations. Among nobility, in towns and in rural areas, the selection of partners was determined by parents. The emotional relations of the future spouses were of no consequence. Achieving a divorce was difficult, but examples are known from families of the ruler or higher nobility. The wife was subordinated to her husband and her main obligation was to bear children, above all, to produce a son - a successor to ensure the...

The work also includes concrete proposals for streamlining and improving the methods and procedures for enforcement and security claims.
