This bachelor thesis deals with cost analysis using the analysis of the break even point analysis order to improve the economic situation of the company Esta, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the key concepts related to the issue. In the practical part, theoretical knowledge is applied directly in the company and then evaluated. At the end of the work, based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed that will reduce the cost of the company's order and thus contribute to increasing profits.

Over-indebtedness in the Czech Republic: Problem Analysis and Policy Alternatives

The thesis "Over-Indebtedness in the Czech Republic: Problem Analysis and Policy Alternatives" deals with the issue of over-indebtedness of households with regards to consumer loans, specifically in the Czech Republic. Over-indebtedness is currently a very real and serious issue. The author attempts to tackle what is a relatively complex issue. The objective of the thesis is to demonstrate that over-indebtedness is a significant problem and analyse the myriad factors that contribute to it. Finally, possible solutions to the problem are explored. The author exhibits a variety of data to measure over-indebtedness in addition to determining the various causes, namely individual economic factors, such as sudden unemployment, and financial imprudence, which can be attributed to individual psychology or low financial literacy. Additionally, the unfair and even loan-sharking practices adopted by some loan providers and brokers along with the problematic process of debt enforcement, which contribute to over-indebtedness are described in detail. Based on the identified drivers, the thesis proposes specific tools to address the problem, with particular emphasis on regulating providers, and analyses their advantages and disadvantages. Physiotherapy for patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine with the present use of unstable surfaces

This bacheolor thesis deals with the physiotherapy in patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine with the present use of unstable surfaces. Low back pain, or low back pain syndrome is mark for pains in different parts of spine. These dificulties are very common reason for doctor´s visits and also one of the most common causes of incapacity or work. The number of these patients is still rising and most serious is, that these problems affect more and more the younger generation too. Back pain is so common, because they have many causes. Among one of them we can include way of today´s life, change of lifestyle and we can say that a certain comfort of the population. The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis was to describe the low back pains, their causes, examination and therapy, including several options for physiotherapy of low back pains, which is also include the use of unstable surfaces. The aim of the practical part of this thesis was to map effect of exercises using unstable surfaces for specific patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine, which was achieved through the use of qualitive research, using four case reports, which consisted of four patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine. For each of them was performed eight therapies in which were used the unstable surfaces. The results have been assessed according to the input and output kinesiology analysis. In some patients, there were irregularities or ommisions of exercise, or inappropriate ergonomics activities and this has also been affected by pain, which drew less than in patients who practiced regularly and tried to follow the ergonomics of work. Therefore, you can say with certainty, that if you experience regular exercise, to improve the health status of the patient's improvement of including their mental state, thanks to the disappearance of pain and related restrictions in carrying out certain activities.

This thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees focused on electrical and wiring works. The aim of this thesis is to establish recommendations in the processes of recruitment and selection of staff. The own work compares these activities in two different companies on the basis of information provided by companies. For the analysis of the environment is used SWOT and STEP analysis. The findings in this thesis propose ways for efficiency improvement of exploited methods and appropriate motivation of employees.
Populační růst v Nigérii a jeho vlivy na lidský rozvoj

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine mutual effects of population growth and human development in Nigeria and to analyse mutual relationships among education, health, income, and population growth. The first theoretical part is focused on the general description of demographic and development determinants. In the second part dependencies and effects of the indicators of the recent demographic and human development situation in Nigeria are based on regression and correlation analyses. On the basis of these analyses, obtained results are discussed and evaluated followed by a possible recommendation to better ensure the current situation in the country.
