Engineering design of conveyor
Chmelík, Jiří ; Čípek, Pavel (referee) ; Foltýnová, Dana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a conveyor for transporting welded beams with variable dimensions. At the beginning of the work are listed some conveyors, which are commonly used in practice. Following analysis of available design solutions, design designs of equipment, their description and based on comparison was chosen the most suitable design solution. In the course of work is performed safety analysis of selected nodes. At the end of the work is evaluated the whole construction and elaborated the drawing documentation of the device. The proposed solution can also be used to transport parts of similar shapes.
Design of stand for torque measurement
Zerzánek, Ondřej ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Čípek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design of stand for torque measurements and additional fixtures. Issue is realized by aluminium profile systems and manufactured or purchased parts. Solution takes in account limited manufacturing options. Final part of this thesis is 3D model and critical evaluation of design. This thesis is useful example of how to create torque stand instead purchasing expensive commercially available stand.
Design of a bath on the device for testing human joints
Svoboda, Tomáš ; Vrbka, Martin (referee) ; Čípek, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the bathtub of an experimental device for testing human joints. Tribometer is used for experimental measurement of friction and visualization of real cartilage film in flooded synovial fluid. The result of this work is the design of air releasing, heating and sealing the bathtub in which the synovial fluid is located. By removing air bubbles and heating the liquid to the temperature of the human body, more accurate shear coefficient values and improved contact visualization are achieved. This should lead to a better understanding of the friction and lubrication processes in the synovial joint. The result of this work is chosen optimal design variant and production drawing documentation.
Friction measuring of human joints
Šnejdar, Radim ; Ranuša, Matúš (referee) ; Čípek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns about the tribology of real joints. The aim of this work is an elucidation of the influence of chosen operating conditions on shear force coefficient. It deals especially about speed, strain and rehydration. The experimental tasks will be realized on tribometer, which is available in laboratories of ÚK. In this work, current state of knowledge in the area of discussed issues are described. Also the device and measured methods which help to measure and evaluate data files. In the last section of this work, the results are evaluated and the following conclusions are established.
Desing of the carbon cap for the bike's fork
Gallo, Dominik ; Čípek, Pavel (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis discusses problems and solutions of design of the carbon crown for the bike's fork. It shows an overview of the possible implementation of the initial design up to final part. The output will be the crown made of carbon composite by mould pressing. For manufacturing the prototype form will be used 3D printing – Fused Deposition Modeling.
Design of parts of tribometer with reciprocating motion
Dražka, Ondřej ; Vrbka, Martin (referee) ; Čípek, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with design of parts of tribometer with reciprocating motion. Several conceptual solutions are made on base of existing studies from which the best solution for given application is selected. The tribometer will be used for experimental measuring on real cartilage which should lead to better understanding of friction and lubrication processes in synovial joint. The outcome of this thesis are component parts along with the manufacturing drawings.
Weldment in the engineering drawing
Černošek, Jiří ; Čípek, Pavel (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
Submitted bachelor's thesis is aimed at the present state of recognition in the field of weld's technical documentation. It describes individual types of welding together with basic types of marking and most important rules, which are necessary to observe during the creation of drawings or models.
Adaptation of shock absorbers testing device on contact fatigue testing of dynamically loaded surfaces
Nepovím, Lukáš ; Čípek, Pavel (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of an adapter for the modification of a test device, where the automatic tensioners (dampers) of automotive belts are tested. The proposed adapter allows to test the functionality of the valve tappet assembly. The design of a simple test methodology is also a part of the solution. The first part of the thesis deals with the overview of the given issue. Subsequently, the design variants of the adapter and the loading methodology of the tested component are proposed. The main part describes the design of the adapter, the method of lubrication of the tested component, the measuring equipment used in the experimental test and the design of the test methodology. The complete drawing documentation of the adapter is the output of this work.
Testing of automotive sport suspension
Čípek, Pavel ; Růžička, Bronislav (referee) ; Strecker, Zbyněk (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with testing of sports car suspension. The aim is the testing of fast magnetorheological damper in semiactive suspension that corresponds to quarter car model. The fast magnetorheological damper has a response time 2 ms. If the response time is short enough (order of units miliseconds) it is possible (based on earlier simulations) to achieve improvement of driving safety (better stability of force of tyre on roadway) and comfort (reduction of vibrations). The thesis proves this statement with series of experiments.
Design of equipment for excitation of vibrations
Čípek, Pavel ; Šperka, Petr (referee) ; Frýza, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of module for excitation of vibration. The module is a part of optical tribometer, a laboratory device. The tribometer simulates an interaction of two objects (steel ball and glass disc) in the presence of a lubricant. Very thin lubricating films between the objects are examinned. The new version of the tribometer enables research of lubricating film in conditions close to real contacts. The designed module uses an eccentric mechanism for excitation of vibration in a direction of the axis ball rotation. Set up of amlitude is enabled by changing eccentric part of the mechanism.
