The proposal for planting of scattered greenery as part of complex land adjustment

This thesis is dealing with issues of green vegetation outside forest, in chosen cadastral zoning territory, where complex land adjustment was done. The thesis is focused especially on its significance and function in landscape and also on its position. A goal of this thesis is to map this green vegetation and to create a proposal of new planting. The thesis also contains a description of interest territory, a current state of scattered green vegetation, an evaluation of main problems and an appraisal their solutions in cadastral zoning territory in Hodětín.

The solving of ecology tasks by students of primary school

This thesis describes the primary school pupils' solution of ecology problems. The focus is the ecosystem of artificial lake. 63 pupils of the 5th grade of 3 elementary schools were given 11 problems on this topic. Assignment and solution was done via online forms due to the elementary schools being closed at the time of research. There were both open and closed problems in the questionnaire, the majority of the were assigned in the form of concept cartoons. The thesis studies the way the pupils solved these problems with the emphasis on the method rather than on the correctness of the solution (but the correctness is evaluated as well). The thesis presents the used method of numerical and graphical evaluation and points on some of the aspects of the pupils' solution. Among these aspects are: influence of the assignment layout, time necessary to solve the problem or the pupils' capability to form and write their own answer using a PC form.

One-tier structure of a joint-stock company from the perspective of the prepared amendment to the Business Corporations Act Abstract This thesis analyses internal functioning of one-tier joint-stock companies, particularly from the perspective of the amendment to the Business Corporations Act, which will come into force in the beginning of the following year. First part of thesis offers comparative analysis of worldwide one-tier joint-stock company legislation, especially in American states, and in English and Italian law. The first two legislations of the above represent one-tier system in its traditional form and the development, that this system has undergone. Comparation with Italian legislation serves as an example of a legal system, in which one-tier model, as in Czechia, falls behind other model of governance of a joint-stock companies. Second part concerns the current legislation of a one-tier joint-stock companies in Czech corporate law, with emphasis to ambiguities in interpretation and application, which originate mainly in duality of elected bodies and conciseness of a special regulation, which was replaced by legislator with a reference to two-tier system. The thesis deals with problems of water tanks in agricultural landscape. It focuses mainly on their historical development, construction, building elements, maintenance, function and reconstruction. The work also contains a description and information about ponds and their surroundings, the current status of the individual reservoirs and the assessment of the main problems in the Těšínský stream catchment area.

Qualitative factors affecting the value of a domain name

Domain names are much discussed issue these days yet not that well understood by Internet users. Diploma thesis Qualitative factors affecting the value of a domain name, as the title suggests, focuses on technical and marketing elements of the domain together with the content of websites and their influence on the value of domain names. In the first part there are different factors and their influence described in theory, the practical part then applies to a specific case for domain Nemovitosti.cz. This domain was compared in terms of market, competition and their technical and marketing site. To support factors related to website content, statistics put inside the website were used as well as freely available online tools. After evaluation of all factors Nemovitosti.cz domain, the author concludes that the domain is valuable in its field and its value in the future due to investigated factors will increase.

Technická analýza na devizovém trhu

Na devizovém trhu stojí proti sobě hlavně technická a fundamentální analýza. Obě mají řadu zastánců a odpůrců. Tato práce se objektivně zaměřuje čistě na technickou analýzu a popisuje základní znaky, metody a jednotlivé kroky. Důležitou součástí je i aplikace popsané teorie a indikátorů počínaje samotnou technickou stránkou obchodování až po tu psychologickou, která je minimálně stejně tak důležitá. Cílem je sjednotit všechny podstatné základní informace a utvořit obecný přehled pro začínající investory, kteří se chtějí zaměřit na devizový trh. V příloze se pak nachází velmi stručný specializovaný slovník, jehož hlavním účelem je pomoci začátečníkům při četbě odborných textů v angličtině, jelikož je stále jen málo českých kvalitních zdrojů.
