The aim of the bachelor thesis is design of an apartment house. The apartment house is located in Brno in cadastral area Sadová. Building has four above-ground floors and a basement. Vertical and horizontal loadbearing structures are made of cross laminated timber. A service core of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete structure. Building has a ventilated facade. There are six dwelling units in the apartment house, one of them is designed for persons with impaired mobility. Habitable rooms of particular apartments have a southern exposure and view on Brno. Theme of seminar work is Timber structures.
Villa in the town

It is about new-built Town Villa standing alone in a new location in the cadaster unit of the town Červený Kostelec. The building has three-floor with a partial basement and it follows the sloping terrain by its design. The building is designed for four to six-members family.There are technical amenities of house and wellness center on basement including sauna, whirlpool bath and gym. On the first and second floor are habitable rooms of villa and separate apartment. The house has two spacious terraces, balcony and garrage for two cars. The structural system of the building is composed of thermal insulation ceramic masonry and reinforced concrete wall in permanent formwork. Vertical structures are designed by Porotherm masonry, horizontal structures are designed by Porotherm system and load-bearing elements of Isokorb® system. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof.

It is about new-built block of flats on a land number 599/1 in Uptown Červený Kostelec. It is L-shaped three-floor building without basement. The first flat and technical equipment for whole building are situated on the ground floor. Garages are situated on the ground floor as well. The second flat is set on the first floor and it includes loggia and roof terrace. Studio flat is located on the third floor such as another flat with loggia. The building is roofed with a pitched roof with metal roofing. Roofing of garages is designed by a green roof. Whole masonry is made of brick POROTHERM system. Floor structure is also designed of POROTHERM system, with ceramic beam ceilings MIAKO and POT. All building follows the concepts of surrounding buildings.

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of two apartment blocks “A” and “B” in the village Rudíkov. These two objects are located in sloping terrain and both have two floors aboveground and one floor underground. In the apartment block “A” there are six apartment units aboveground and four garage units and storage area underground. In the apartment block “B” there are eight apartment units aboveground and two wheelchair accessible apartments with common storage areas underground. The objects are designed from a construction system made of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are monolithic and the roof is hipped with trusses. The thesis provides documentation for realization of the construction.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built small apartment building in Litohor. The apartment building is partially basement with three above-ground floors and one main entrance to the building. A total of eight residentail units and common areas for the residents of the building. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry units. The horizontal loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. The roof consists of a cut roof. Windows and doors are made of aluminium. The building will be heated by the heat pump. There are sixteen parking spaces in the ground.

The content of this bachelor thesis is a design of a newly-built apartment house in the town of Žďár nad Sázavou. It is an object with four above-ground floors and a basement. There are 16 dwelling units situated in the four floors above the ground and a garage for 10 cars, a pram room, a bicycle storage room and a cellar cubicle for each of the 16 apartments. The building is based on a waterproof reinforced concrete structure of a “white bathtub”. Vertical load-bearing constructions are designed from ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing constructions are made from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The object will be protected by a warm flat roof. This thesis contains the project documentation for the construction work which was made in accordance with the valid legal and technical regulations.

Bachelor thesis is a project of a residential building in Žilina. The apartment house is designed as a two-story house, without basement. The building is designed as an object with twelve flats. The house has a flat roof. The masonry is made up of the Porotherm system. The bearing interior walls are made from, the Porotherm system. The partitions are also made up of the Porotherm system. Main entrance in the building is situated to the north. On first floor are technical place, storage units, room for social life and library is on the second floor. The first floor also includes a main entrance to the object, staircase and two, two-room flats and four one-room flats. On the second floor above there are two two-room flats and four one-room flats. The facade will be white with design straps. The overall architectural and building solution is designed in accordance to the surroundings of the building. Project includes technical, thermal, acoustic, light check.
Sports and Leisure Centre Brno

The subject of the diploma thesis is an architectural study of the center for sport and leisure time in Brno “Za Lužánkami”. In is supposed to supply the space with the possibility of other sports activities. The object of the design is to provide a wide range of sports, fitness activities, wellness and recreation, various leisure activities, or just visiting the shopping passage, which is the main artery of the whole center. It allows people to pass between the leisure center, indoor pool and shopping mall in Královo Pole. The building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure complemented by a steel latticework in the space of a sports hall and a climbing wall. Curtain walling is designed as a ventilated concrete slab with a photocatalytic function.
Multifunctional Building Brno

City multifunctional building is located on the corner of Milady Horákové street and Francouzská street in Brno - Zábrdovice. The building is designed as a compact mass and is completed with triangular cantilevers that are carried by an oblique pillar - it passes of every story of the building. This enabled to create open corner, which generates many vistas. There are public amenities on the first floor - rentable space (accessible through interior passage or exterior), café is designed on the second floor. There is also administration and flats - this is common for second, third and fourth floor, the fifth floor is only flats. There are only plain materials on the building - white plaster, glass façade and vertical gardens near staircases. There are green shading panels too.
