Dolinin, Maxim ; Svobodová, Hana (advisor) ; Mejdrech, Vlastimil (referee)
This Bachelor Thesis should acquaint the reader with the basic principles of the Theory of Constraints and principles of optimization in production systems. Here will be demonstrated some tools of the Theory of Constraints on a practical example of company Atron. The main goal of this thesis is to find inefficiency in specific production system (mechanical department of the company Atron) with use of available data and information and suggest possible solutions of the problems. The main method used in the practical part of the thesis is a descriptive method involving collection, analysis and synthesis of available data relevant to the subject. To find inefficiencies and possible solutions in this work are also used some tools of the Theory of Constraints.

Machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise
Hotový, Ondřej ; Mejdrech, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Svobodová, Hana (referee)
The primary goal of this bachelor thesis is to apply machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise and from results of this application derive recommendations for co-operating organisation. Secondary goal of the thesis is to observe and comment specifics of such application in mentioned conditions. Methods used to achieve primary goal are value analysis and cost analysis. Both methods are used to describe current status with emphasis on used machinery and both methods are used to evaluate alternative suggestions which are judged according to difference in expected profits compared to current profits of company. Main outputs of this thesis are two recommendations for chosen company, one of them adressing the workplace safety and risks of malfunctions, the other one dealing with the possibility of expanding business by byuing the new piece of machinery.
Analysis of the production software KLAES at Proton s.r.o.
Müllerová, Markéta ; Svobodová, Hana (advisor) ; Stojec, Miroslav (referee)
The subject of the thesis "Analysis of the production software KLAES at Proton s.r.o." is a detailed analysis of the manufacturing process, on the basis of which the new calculation formula in the manufacturing software is determined. The first part contains theoretical background, focused on the operational management and the cost calculation in general terms. The second part introduces the reader with Proton s.r.o., including the description of the company's activities, its organizational structure and the manufacturing process. The third practical part deals with the analysis of the production software. The current costing system is described, followed by the example of standard supply pricing and cost calculation. Last but not least, the new calculation formula is proposed, representing more appropriate method in terms of cost calculation as well as product price determination.

This so-called ordinary perception is often influenced by the actual operation of the representatives of this group, class, and of reflection to what occurs in practice, seen and perceived by the people in everyday life, in mutual contact or indirectly (own experience), but also media, reading and absorption of available evidence and their own conclusions about them. It is therefore a reflection of some subjective effects as a result of the power brokers and their recipients, who are but one way or another subject objectively shaping the conditions in which they operate. The topic elites, respectively the role of powerful groups and individuals, even if their social significance "fettered" the nature and evolution of human society is experiencing in its so-called turning moments (alternating power, the crisis of society, an important political, but also cultural changes, etc.) its "boom." It should not remain only in succumbing to a kind of fashion, historically conditioned atmosphere, even the media-mediated, but it should be a responsibly organized social discussion on the very foundations of the functioning of today's power elite, in which special importance is the concept of the liberal governance. This is not just about the more familiar "powerful" or look through "gossip" in a keyhole finder for this or that politician, celebrity or her family, but also the need to seriously begin to deal with issues of power, its functioning in terms of content and form, impact on other areas of the social life, and the need to reflect on just how far today's elite meet them as well as the importance progressive award or the progressive part of society that one way or another manages, organizes, and generally affects the lives of most companies. Alternative Plant Utilization for Obtaining of Significant Nature Substances: Can Weed Find a Utilization?
Wimmer, Zdeněk ; Sajfrtová, Marie ; Sovová, Helena ; Pavlík, Milan ; Svobodová, Hana ; Jurček, Ondřej ; Wimmerová, Martina
Numbers of compounds and their mixtures, which are produced by plants, can be obtained by extracting plant materials by supercritical fluids. Phytosterols and phytoecdysterotds represent an important family of these plant products. They can be used in a synthesis of supramolecular structures with possible importance for targeted effect of drugs or other biological(y active compounds. Target organisms for the compounds investigated are: (a) insects - pests and human food competitors, also important as model system in investigation of convenient application forms of biologically active compounds; (b) cell cultures used during basic pharmacological research. Supramolecular structures may form convenient matrices for practical application of the biologically active compounds. It has already been proved that numbers of medicinal or cultural plants produce important natural compounds. The present question has appeared to be answered, if so far inutile weeds may be turned into important sources of pro-drugs for disease treatments.
