This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of financial performance Kofola Holding Company, Inc. by statistical methods. The first, theoretical, part is treated the issue of financial analysis, regression analysis and time series. The second, practical part describes this company and analyzes selected indicators, which are further processed by means of regression analysis and time series analysis. In conclusion is completely analyzed situation and processed proposals for its improvement.

This thesis deals with the selection of the optimal information system in the company KSK Bono s. r. o. The theoretical part in more detail specifies the information system as a whole. Analytical section specifically describes and analyzes the current information system of the company and the company's strategy. Solution suggestions describe what requirements should comply with the new system and what are its future benefits. Part of this work is also the implementation plan, costing, risk analysis and the possibility of their elimination.
