Produstion of middle wheel, by solid forming

Pavel Fic: Volume forming production from middlewheell. Bachelor thesis. Bachelors study.Combined study from bachelors study program – Engineering, specialization on manufacturing technology. 3.grade, summer semester , academical year 2009/2010. FME Brno UT in Brno, IMT – Department of Metal Forming, May 2010, 57 pages, 49 pictures, 11 table, 8 side orders. In this bachelors thesis is processed detail literary studies on thema volume hot-forming production of middlewheell – with drop forging technology. Next is made proposal from drop forging technology of stringwheell – drawing number BP – 2010 – 01. For presumption series 30 thousand pieces per year is choose drop forging technology in the vertical forging press. From technical procedure were made necessary calculations. These calculations are followed by drawing documentation and technical-economic evaluation.
Production of door holder by bending

The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies branch 2303R002 is submitting design of Production technology of door holder made from sheet-metal quality 11 373. The batch is 50 000 pc. per year. On the basis of literature study was made possible production technology analyse. The result is 5-steps production technology. For technology project, which is concerned, were done technology calculations as well as calculations of shearing and bending pressures. The next there were determined possible forming machines eccentric presses LEN (producer TOMA Trnava). For each from production steps was designed progressive shearing die conception, bending die for pre-bending of hinge eye as well for final bending and ideological design of bending die for bending of side holder.

Based on this study to develop the best technological solution entered production parts - body bearers. Technological solutions include the establishment of all technical data and creating drawings. The point of this work is bookish concept of the best technology of processing named component by solid forming. This work includes study, which is the clue to solutions. Another important topic is the global technological plan of component production from gear blank to product. It seems the best choice is die forging on forging press at three steps. Economically, die forging made by described method is the best.

Cutting die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.

Drop forging of hub

The project elaborated in a frame of Bachelor’s studies branch B 2307 presents a technology design of a forged piece – hub – a part of a gear box made by drop forging from 14 231.0 material. Drop forging in three operations was suggested on the basis of specialized studies on the subject of drop forging and calculations. Assumed series of 40 000 pieces a year, preciseness and automatization of production of the part, will be produced on the crank drawing inclinable press LMZ 2500 (producer Šmeral Brno, a.s.) with nominal tensile force 25 MN. Swages are made of alloyed instrumental steel 19 552.8, heat-worked according to drawing documentation. At the end of the project technical economic evaluation of the technology design is implemented.

The thematisation of the appearence as such in the work of Jan Patočka could by characterised by a tension between the intention to study nothing but the phenomenality and the need of an ontological reflexion upon the roots of phenomenality. This later intention leads Patočka to the limitss of phenomenology and into the neighbourhood of metaphysics.
