Counter shaft of cone crusher
Mikšík, Libor ; Kubín, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s work deals with construction of the counter shaft of cone crusher, type KDC 33SP. Key concepts and major division of crushers are explained in the introductory part of the work. The work itself contains choice of optima variant sof placing of the shaft and transfer of torsional moment from electric motor to the model, including caulculation of the gear mechanism, model shaft and bearing. Final design is documented in the drawing documentation.
Determination of force case on trailer
Dragan, Lukáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with the determination of forces in the truck trailer. It is a two-axle trailer and it’s total weight is 18 tons. The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of basic loads of goods transport by road trailer. The load cases are considered for stationary and moving vehicle. This work deals with identifying the basic relations for stationary trailer, trailer going at constant velocity, acceleration, braking, cornering and side wind. At the conclusion derived relations are used to calculate specific results for given and selected parameters.
The Development of the New Concept of Autonomous Cranes
Kubín, Martin ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Hrabovský, Leopold (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The presented PhD thesis aims to verify the possibilities of using capacitive accelerate sensors on the crane and handling technology. Capacitive acceleration sensors of MEMS type are currently widely used in electronics, e.g. laptops and mobile phones. Using these sensors could help to automate cranes, which would eventually reduce the financial costs of material handling. Precise knowledge of their own condition and position of the machine and the load is a necessary part of autonomous manipulators. The first part of thesis deals with the exploration of scientific research in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore the options of mathematical description of moving the load on the rope tow are described including solved examples. One chapter is devoted to the description of sensors that could be used in the automation of cranes. The main part is focused on description of several experiments. The experiments were conducted in a lab constructed specially for this measurement. Mainly basic simpler models are described illustrating abilities of the sensor. The last part outlines further possible progress of research in this area.
Conceptual design of semi-portal crane 8 tonne
Kučo, Stanislav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of semi-portal crane. Firstly, it outlines the assignment, where the main parameters such as height and depth of the crane are determined. In the next part a proper rope hoist with appropriate engineering characteristics is selected. Then the design of the main girder follows. Its proportions are designated from the strength calculation, which are proved by check calculation. Another aim of this thesis is a project of the construction of the girder with a crossbeam, which is realized by fitted bolts. Their size is also calculated and controlled. Finally the carrying capacity of travelling wheel and control of the engine overloading is calculated.
Electronic systems use in cranes
Pruša, Lubomír ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This work developed in terms of baccaluareate study is presenting backround research study at the present time used electronic system in the cranes. Divide these systems after used in several evens series.
Bridge crane reconstuction
Ježek, Tomáš ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis is focused on renovating the bridge crane. The main aim of this thesis is to design all the drives and the design of mechanical parts, which will be the replacement engine also renovate. This work is divided into two parts. The first part is a documented original condition of the bridge crane and a second part of this thesis deals with the actual calculation of each propulsion and design mechanical parts.
Study of large trucks for road transport
Božik, Michal ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This work is a study of large-scale trailer and semi-trailer units with a total length of 25.25 meters. It contains an overview and comparison of legislative requirements and transportation capacity. It introduces description of the various units, their specific features and estimate of the contribution of using these trucks to the traffic.
Study of construction machinery for the type of chassis
Válek, Adam ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
The point of the Bachelor´s thesis is to present a complex study of chassis of construction machinery. In the chapters, deals with general assessment criterion of these chassis, contains list of most used types of undercarriages of construction machines and assesses their advantages, disadvantages and usability. The thesis also contains a treatise of selected less common types and assesses interaction between the type of undercarriage and traversing surface.
Crab of crane 32t
Elsner, Ondřej ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with design four-wheel crab of crane for overhead crane with capacity of 32,000 kg. Contains the functional calculations of steel rope , pulleys, cable drum. The integral part of the thesis constitutes the calculation and choice of driving mechanism for lifting, travel drive and motor drive pulley block hook rotation.
Identification of forces in the transport of liquids
Štursa, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with transport of liquids on the roads. In the first part of the thesis, tanks are divided by construction, then the problem of transporting of liquids by European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) is analysed. In the second part of the thesis, maximal speeds for a vehicle transporting a liquid during cornering are defined and calculated. These calculations are then applied in the solution of a real-life example.
