This thesis deals with problems of process management in a field of savings identification with the goal of an analysis of a chosen process and creation of a proposal for current status improvement from a point of effectivity. It describes process management, process modeling and improvement and project management. Further it presents a current status of the process, project logic frame, net analyzis and risk identification. Finally it shows a map of future proces with an identification of weak points and suggestions for improvement for an organization to improve state of the field of savings identification.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření plánu pro vytvoření sítě dodavatelů, a sestavení návrhu pro vybudování logistického systému užívaným startupem rozvozu potravin. Analýza mapuje doručovací možnosti existujících rozvozových služeb, zároveň očekávání zákazníků a proces výběru dodavatelů. Návrhová část práce navrhuje řešení vytvořením vlastního rozvozového parku a nabídkou kombinace doručení zákazníkům domů, a zajištění možnosti vyzvednutí nákupu v odběrných místech.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of control and management plans in Saar Gummi Czech, s. r. o. comapany, especialy control and management plans related to extrusion department in Červený Kostelec. This thesis also focuses on design of a control and management plan creation system. The first part of thesis describes general knowledge and concepts of control an management plans. In the second part thesis describes state of control and management plans in comapany Saar Gummi Czech, s. r. o. In the last part of this thesis will be designed creation system of control and management plans for this company.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsobem implementace vybraných individuálních nástrojů projektového řízení za účelem vyvinutí projektové struktury pro Studentský Klub Mozaika. Analýza se zabývá popisem stávající situace a identifikuje místa pro zlepšení s pomocí nástrojů projektového řízení. V návrhové části jsou rozvrženy čtyři scénáře. Ve dvou z nich figuruje implementace nástrojů projektového řízení a navržení projektové struktury. Závěr shrnuje výsledky analýzy stávající situace a potenciální benefity použití navržené projektové struktury.

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of a selected company using the Start model. The first theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts and methods that are necessary for the development of the following parts of the work. In the practical part, the analysis of the company itself will be carried out, during which the strengths and weaknesses of the company and opportunities for improvement will be identified. Finally, after finding all the necessary information, a proposal for improvement will be prepared for the future positive development of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of waste processing in a selected company. Based on the analysis of the current state, it defines several solution scenarios that address various weaknesses of the current state of the process. Furthermore, according to the quantification of investment costs, return time and company procedures, a solution suitable for implementation is recommended.

Improving the B2B ordering process

The diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of goods ordering process through the wholesale system in a small company dealing with import of household products and gift items from Asian countries. Diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part serves as an introduction to business processes, information systems and change management. The second part consists of an analysis of the internal environment of the company, a B2B ordering process analysis and a research on requirements for an improved version of the wholesale system. The third part is devoted to a proposal of the ordering process improvement and suggestion of a new version of the wholesale system based on the identified requirements of the process and stakeholders.

The Proposal of Material Flow Management

This master’s thesis focuses on the problematics of the material flow management in the company. Thesis is divided into the theoretical, analytical, practical and proposal part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of selected problematics. The analytical part of the work describes the company where the thesis is processed. The practical part deals with selected indicators of the company and describes the current state of the problem. The proposal part defines possible solutions and selects the best option for the material flow management.
