Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom efektívneho riešenia koordinácie prípravy a priebehu nového projektu s názvom "Podkrovná vstavba bytov" s cieľom dosiahnutia stanoveného projektového trojimperatívu. The main goal of this bechelor theses is finding out of effective solution for develop-ment of new project called "The attic extension of a block of flats." Main point of the bechelor theses was compliance of balance between necessary time and expenses and quality of work.
