This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the design documentation of a family house with a dentist's office. House is designed for a family of four. The house is located in the Region in Lanškroun, cadastral distrikt Lanškroun. The building is designed brick. The vertical structure of the blocks Porotherm. The horizontal structures are made of beams POT and fittings Miako. Family house is covered with a gable roof. The roof is made with a wooden roof underpinned bearing walls, steel frames or wooden posts. The building has two floors.

The family house with engeneer´s office, Roztoky u Prahy

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is newly built family house including engineers office located in Roztoky. The building is divided into two parts. First part is two-story residential section. This section is isolated from public road by the second part. Second part is single-storey openspace oficce with separated headquarters and meeting room. The building is designed as a structure to be built from cut brick units with ceramic ceiling structures. The buildings roof is flat construction and it is designed to serve also as terrace on single-storey part of the house. Building land is slightly sloping down from the public road. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.

The family house with a construction office

The object of the dissertation is a family house with a construction office, standalone, without cellaring, it is the two-floor family house and the single-storey construction office. A construction system is the wall one. The objects are based on strip footings, carrying walls are made from ceramic bricks, ceilings are from ceramic beams and blocks, there is a ferroconcrete stair, a roof is flat.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. at 1. 1. 2012 for its sale. The thesis is divided into theoretical and pratical part. Theoretical part describes processes and methods used in valuation of the firm. Practical part contains strategic and financial analysis, value drivers part, financial plan and final valuation. The value of the firm is determined by method of discounted cash flows, as a complemetary method is used the method of discounted economic value.

Jsou zde také popsány různé programy garantované státem a evropskou unií, které podnikatelům napomáhájí v jejich činnosti, především v získávání finančních prostředků pro podnikání.
