Influence of thermal insulation properties of building envelope on its energy consumption
Eliáš, Filip ; TROJAN,, Karel (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes possibilities of thermal insulation of a detached house and choice optimization of insulating materials especially based on economic and ecologic factors. The thesis describes basic physical effects that are associated with heat transfer and that should be respected in insulation design. These effects influence the choice of suitable insulating materials based on their properties.
Possibilities of energy savings in the residential house Merhautova
Bartek, Čeněk ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The diploma thesis is about the reduction of the energy intensity of the existing residential house Merhautova. The design documentation is focused on the thermal insulation of the living area, the replacement of windows and doors according to the variant of the design, accessible entrance to the house, loggia on the south side of the building and the replacement of the roofing. At the beginning of the diploma thesis the experimental part of the thermography was performed. Images of the existing object by the thermal camera were taken and building survey for the design documentation of the current state of the building was performed. Within the theoretical calculations the energy performance certificate was processed in options of the entering the thermal bridges. The energy performance certificate with thermal bridges calculated according to the details was compared with the energy performance certificate with estimated thermal bridges. A comparison of two options of the replacement of windows and doors was made in realation of the energy intesity of the building. A preliminary budget of these two options was also calculated with regard to the expected simple return on investment due to the heat saving.
A set of multifunctional home Břeclav, street U Nemocnice - preparation and organization of construction
Janík, Lukáš ; Mohapl,, Martin (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is elaborated for the preparation and organization of the construction of multi-functional home for hospital in Breclav. It is a complex of three buildings of which the first two are terraced houses and a third garage. Individual objects are divided into units according to the expansion section. My job is processed for the object SO02 - section 4.5. The supporting system consists of reinforced concrete columns and ceilings filled with bricks Porotherm. The roof is designed as a horizontal single casing.
Proposals for action elimination of heat loss in buildings
Vašulka, Tomáš ; Musilová, Petra (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about measures leading to heat loss reduction for the model family house. In the research part, available methods and materials are summarized which can be used in thermal insulation of perimeter structures. In the next part, principle of recuperation unit is described which serves for decrease of heat loss by ventilation. Next, the calculation of heat loss is described with heating costs of the house. In the next part, several thermal insulation measures are proposed. In the end, the insulation measures are compared economically.
Use of energy assessment for the design of the building with almost zero energy consumption
Horák, Jakub ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of nearly zero energy buildings. It focuses primarily on optimizing the thermal insulation thickness at a cost-optimal level. Based on energy consumption analysis, three heat sources are selected and then evaluated using an energy assessment. The building is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental.
Energy efficient terraced house
Nevrlý, Jaroslav ; Vlach, František (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
The main aim of the thesis was to create design documentation, energyefficient terraced house in the village of Moravian Knínice. The proposed building will be located in the vacant space between buildings. Layout of the building is limited by the size of building lots located in hillside surrounding buildings, and orientation to the cardinal. The thesis deals with the layout, building and construction, buildings, so that it effectively uses renewable energy and efficiently work with them.
Apartment Building in Karvina
Pala, Kamil ; Dohnal, Jakub (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is the project of the apartment building in Karviná. The apartment building is a project of a four–aboveground floor house with a basement. The building is designed as an object with twelve flats. The house has flat roof. The masonry structures are created by Porotherm system. The bearing walls in the basement are created from lost formwork DEK system. The partitions are created by Porotherm system too. The main entrance is situated to the northwest. In the basement are technical rooms, cellar for units of flats and room for bicycles. First elevated floor contains main entrance to the object, stairway and two two-roomed flats and two one-roomed flats. On the second floor, there are two two-roomed flats and two one-roomed flats. On the third and fourth floor are one four-roomed flat and one three-roomed flat. Foreside of exterior walls will be white and blue. General architectonical and structural solutions are created in harmony with the surroundings of the building. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms.
Realization of roofing the residental building L - Garden II in Hostivice
Vožeh, Jan ; Valenta, Michal (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis covers the technological steps of the ground object roofing. It consists of two technological sequence of operations, calculation, schedule, resources balance and proposal for machines.
Kindergarten
Wolf, Michal ; Struhala, Karel (referee) ; Manychová, Monika (advisor)
Master´s thesis deals with the processing of building part of the project documentation for building construction. The aim of the Master´s thesis is a new building of kindergarten in the village Dolany near Olomouc. The building is designed for 40 preschool children. The building is situated near the centre of the village and is easily accessible from surrounding living areas. The building is partly basement and has two floors. In the basement there are technical equipments and storages. In the floors there are classes for children and areas ensuring the service of kindergarten. This masonry building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system and roofed with a warm flat roof.
Heating of flat house
Zajíček, Václav ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is composed of three parts - theoretical, computational and a project part. The theoretical part deals with heat sharing through conduction, flow and radiation. The computational part is focused on the overall calculation of the heating system to operate smoothly and reliably. Three gas condensing boilers are designed as a source of heat. The heating of the water is solved as a reservoir. It's source of heat is one gas condensation boiler. The project part contains a technical report and the project documentation on the stage of the implementation dossier.
