The bachelor´s diploma thesis The Suggestion of a Choice of a Particular Trading Company for a Concrete Entrepreneurship deals with a convenient choice of a trading company for a particular business enterprise in the field of language teaching. It is aimed to theoretically characterize and classify particular trading companies; to compare their advantages as well as disadvantages; and last but not least to choose the most suitable kind of a trading company based on the theoretical and practical parts of the thesis. The thesis is divided into three basic parts i.e. theoretical, analytical, and practical.

It focuses on position of company on the scooter spare parts market in the Czech republic and Slovakia and possibilities of its further growth. Goal of this work is a 5-year development plan including consequent steps which leads to strenghtening of positions on the company’s markets.

Valuation of construction company

The theme of this diploma thesis is a business valuation of a family company STAV-INVEST Roof Systems Ltd. according to standard procedures for the business valuation. At the beginning, there is a description of the business valuation in general and also of the specifics of business companies and of the Czech Republic itself. The next section is the description of all important aspects of the company -- from basic information, through the organizational structure, product and service portfolio, customer base, to the seasonality of sales. The next chapter talks about the analysis of the environment from the macro and microeconomic aspect and also the SWOT analysis. The company is valuated quantitatively with the financial indicators. Among standard tools which are used belong the horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators, EVA and also internal measurement methodology of efficiency. Further, the financial plan, from which it derives its own business valuation. The most appropriate method of business valuation are than selected, applied and commented.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to map problems of business enterprise in connection with subsidies provided by the Job Centres. In the theoretical part I define main terms, legislative frame, policy of employment, and the topic considering enterprise establishment including the programme {\clq}q Enterprise without obstacles and employment of disabled people``. Work plays unreplaceable role in the life of a man. It is an important condition of his/her worthy existence, it brings him/her material welfare but in the same time it gives feeling of self-fulfillment and utility to society. Work is determining for economical and social status of individuals, families and for stability and welfare of the whole society. After losing the work a man usually recognizes the real value of it. Unemployment as a result of the job market function is one the most important problems of the current world. One of the possibilities of unemployment decrease is increasing of job potentialities for job applicants who have no other way to get a job unless they set their own business. To realize chosen enterprise options job centres can provide financial support for covering of some of expenses necessary to set self-employment. This diploma thesis focuses on problems of subsidies provided to beginning enterpreneurs by the Job Centre in České Budějovice. As a quantitative resarch work the method of questionnig (questionnaire technique) was used together with the method of documents analysis (technique of data secundary analysis). This diploma thesis tries to find out the effectivity of subsidies provided by job centres and to inform not only beginning enterpreneurs but also the whole society about conditions and possibilities connected with the beginning of the enterpreneur activities.

The bachelor work describes the current situation of the middle company in the spheres of management, marketing, financial management and human resource management. In every sphere suggests steps for long and short term, which should lead to heighten the prosperity of the middle company. In Czech Republic present middle companies 99, 8 % of all companies and play the role of society's stabilizer. In small and middle companies the managers do not have the economics education and are not prepared to solve the appeared problems as a result of the changes in company's environment.

This bachelor work focuses on the financial analysis of roof systems business enterprise - STAV-INVEST, střešní systémy, s.r.o. It examines the enterprise with use of analytical indicators and compares it's performance with the rest of industry. As the CEO of the company is the author's father, results are continuously underlain by specific events which have influenced them. The whole work was also confronted with the point of view of the manager.
