Comparison of selected mortgage products

The aim of this thesis is "A comparison of mortgage products". Author performs the comparison of mortgage lending systems of two states, the Czech Republic and Russia. The thesis is divided into 5 main chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of mortgage loans; the differences (e.g. legislation, documents for processing, etc.). The second chapter analyzes the dependence of interest rates on loans in certain parameters. The third chapter describes the situation of recent years, the crisis of 2008 to the present. The fourth chapter compares TOP3 offers of Czech and Russian banks. The fifth chapter focuses on real estate fraud in the market. The conclusion summarizes the major differences of mortgage lending in the Czech Republic and Russia.

International Taxation from the Employment point-of-view

The thesis deals with the topic of the international taxation for Czech employees working abroad. It describes and compares the issue of the international taxation of taxpayer's income in the selected countries - the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Germany and Kenya. This countries has been selected on purpose, for better understanding and complex demonstration of the topic in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part consists of the determination of the tax residency, selection of the method for avoiding double taxation and examples to illustrate how to calculate taxes.

Comparison of pro-export policy of the Czech Republic and Austria since 2001

The aim of the thesis is to provide an analysis of Czech and Austrian concept of pro-export policy and pointing out common but also individual characteristics. The fundamental method of work is analytical and comparative method, involving the processing of domestic and foreign sources. The essence of this paper is a critical evaluation of both systems and outlining possible scenarios of further development of Czech pro-export policy. Crucial to this topic is getting familiar with basic concepts of trade promotion, or supranational regulatory framework, which describes the thesis in the initial section. Throughout the text is further discussed the importance of exports for each country, the formation of pro-export policies and institutional support for exports. The end of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of pro-export policies of the countries concerned, the paper also deals with comparison of institutional bases and the goals and priorities of both systems of supporting exports. The output of the thesis is to evaluate the pro-export policies of the Czech Republic and Austria and suggestion of improvements of the support for Czech exports.

Czech Business Environment from the Point of View of Swiss Investors

The aim of my thesis was to analyze the business environment in the Czech Republic and to evaluate the possibilities for Swiss entrepreneurs on this market. My second aim was to provide the necessary information to the companies from Switzerland who currently consider possible enter on the Czech market. The business environment in the Czech Republic was analyzed on the basis quantitative analysis of particular factors, which determine the business environment in the Czech Republic. Furthermore I made the qualitative analysis of the Swiss point of view by conducting three individual interviews with the Swiss ambassador in the Czech Republic, with the CEO of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland -- Czech Republic and the marketing director of a Swiss company operating in the Czech Republic.

The comparison of the systems of foreign direct investment support in Germany and the Czech Republic

The main objective of the thesis is the comparison of the systems of foreign investment support in Germany and the Czech Republic in the current situation of economic problems in Europe. The first part explains the term of a foreign direct investment, it describes types of FDI's and theoretical approaches to FDI's. The second chapter deals with the recent economic development in Germany, it describes institutions for investor's support and their programmes. The third chapter is dedicated to the description of the situation in the Czech Republic. The last crucial part compares both states, their systems of investment support and their business environment at all.

Realizační program Plánu odpadového hospodářství České republiky pro odpady ze živelních pohrom

Návrh realizačního programu pro odpady ze živelních pohrom je rozpracováním a doplněním POH ČR pro skupinu odpadů vznikajících při mimořádných situacích zejména v období krizových řízení spojených s povodněmi. V návrhu jsou definovány a klasifikovány rozhodné druhy odpadů ze živelních pohrom. Stěžejní částí jsou zásady řízení odpadového hospodářství v období takovéto mimořádné situace v návaznosti na obecně platnou legislativní úpravu krizového řízení. Důležitou součástí programu je návrh optimálního nakládání s odpady ze živelních pohrom s cílem předcházet škodám na životním prostředí a omezit riziko ohrožení zdraví, ale i majetkových hodnot.

Typologie české krajiny

V práci je na základě přírodních, kulturních a historických charakteristik rozčleněno území ČR na 160 krajinných typů vymezených průnikem tří rámcových typů krajin dle osídlení, využití území a reliéfu. Krajinné typy na regionální a místní úrovni přecházejí na topické členění. Na to navazují různé interpretace vlastností krajinných typů - od jejich postavení v krajinném obraze ČR, přes stanovení potenciálů jejich využití některými, na krajinných vlastnostech bezprostředně závislými činnostmi, až po jejich zákonem garantovanou ochranu a hlavní směry jejího naplňování. průběžně byla prováděna digitalizace mapových děl.
