This thesis analyses the current situation of the company Scootland s.r.o.at the domestic market with regard to the stagnating gains of the company. The basic analytical methods are introduced and, consequently, applied. On the basis of the conducted analysis, measures for the improvement of the current situation are proposed, focusing especially on the expansion of the company to the Slovakian market, and a detailed plan of this entry is provided.
