Design and Implementation of a Part of an Attorney Information System

This diploma thesis covers the design and implementation of changes and extension modules of a chosen information system, used in JUDr. Ján Bartánus's attorney office in Ružomberok. The system, implemented as a web application based on the Symfony framework, is dedicated to the simplyfing, monitoring and organization of the work processes in a generic attorney office located in the Slovak Republic. For the purposes of a correct design, the thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the given attorney office, the environment in which it operates, its information system and existing solutions. Tools that were used to conduct the analysis were the SLEPT method, Porter's five forces, model 7S and SWOT matrix. Based on the results of the analyses, a change of the system has been designed, which entails an upgrade of the system, its user interface, integration of the register of companies of Slovak Republic and an extension module intended for the financial valuation of work performed by an attorney. The application has been developed utilizing the PHP and JavaScript programming language. The valuation module integrates the Google Maps API. The stability and speed of the system were tested by functional tests and profiling of the duration of HTTP requests. The main contribution of this thesis is the design and implementation of an extension of the information system, which can be used in any arbitrary attorney office situated in the Slovak Republic, and its practical application in the chosen company. This thesis builds on a previous thesis dedicated to the design and implementation of the information system, which is being extended in this diploma thesis.

Materiální publicita obchodního rejstříku Abstrakt Předmětem diplomové práce je zásada materiální publicity vztahující se na osoby zapisované do obchodního rejstříku a závaznosti vyplývající ze zápisu do obchodního rejstříku k povinným osobám v rámci podnikatele. Právní úprava materiální publicity se v průběhu času proměňovala a nyní je upravena zákonem č. 304/2013, o veřejných rejstřících právnických a fyzických osob, který ji stanovuje pro všechny veřejné rejstříky. Cílem práce je zjištění, jestli současná právní úprava je dostačující k tomu, aby zavazovala podnikatele v jednání učiněného na základě nesprávného zápisu do obchodního rejstříku. V analytických částech práce byla použita deskriptivní metoda, kdy byl porovnáván výklad tuzemského práva s výkladem slovenského a německého práva. Dále byla porovnávána existující legislativa s českou judikaturou, která tuto legislativu vykládá. Na základě těchto porovnání autorka v kapitolách 2. Rozpor zápisu se skutečností a 3. Rozpor zápisu se zákonem vyjadřuje svůj odborný názor na závaznost dané oblasti vůči povinným osobám v rámci podnikatele. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. První z nich má za cíl objasnit pojem materiální publicity jako takové, kdy byly porovnávány její existující úpravy, tj. veřejný rejstřík a veřejný seznam, a s jejich pomocí byly...

Systém pro agregaci informací z veřejných databází

Práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro advokátní kanceláře, který auto- maticky získává relevantní informace z veřejných databází. Na úvod je čtenář seznámen s důležitostí a přístupností vybraných veřejných rejstříků v kontextu platné legislativy. Dále je provedena analýza procesů advokátní kanceláře a aktuálně používaných informačních systémů v této oblasti. Práce se dále zabývá specifikací a návrhem systému, který zahrnuje funkce pro správu klientů, jejich spisů a dokumentů, správu pošty a ulehčení účtování vy- konané práce klientům. Praktickou část tvoří implementace systému s důrazem na aspekty uživatelského rozhraní, zpřístupnění dat z externích zdrojů a zefektivnění procesů advokátní kanceláře. Výsledkem práce je kompletní systém pro podporu agendy advokátní kanceláře s agregací dat z vybraných veřejných databází, sledováním změn soudních a insolvenčních řízení a s napojením na systém datových schránek. Součástí je také zveřejněné rozhraní pro získání agregovaných dat. Systém byl nasazený na testovací server, otevírá možnosti pro další rozšíření a má potenciál reálného využití v praxi.

Registry v České republice a jejich možné využití pro demografii

Registry v České republice a jejich možné využití pro demografii Abstrakt Cílem této bakalářské práce je představení registrů spadajících do správy ministerstev a jiných státních institucí, a porovnat data sbíraná ve sčítání lidu a v těchto registrech. Následně byl navrhnut způsob, jak a do jaké míry by bylo možné za pomoci registrů nahradit sčítání lidu a zda by bylo možné tyto registry sloučit do jednoho, anebo alespoň jejich počet zredukovat. S ohledem na vysoký počet různých registrů spočíval jejich výběr s faktem, zda sbírané údaje v daném registru nějakým způsobem souvisí s obyvatelstvem. Jednotlivé registry byly popsány z hlediska jejich funkce a výčtu sbíraných dat a zakomponovány do procesu SLDB, ovšem ne všechna data se z těchto registrů dají získat.
