Title Case Report of a Patient with Diagnosis of Guillain-%DUUp 6yndrome Summary This thesis consists of two parts, a general part and a special part. The general part summarizes theoretical basis of the Guillain-%DUUp V\QGURPH. It represents the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, its clinical marks and course, diagnostics and cure. Forms of the syndrome are defined. The aim of the special part is a case report of physiotherapy care for a patient with Guillain-%DUUp V\QGURPH ,W ZDV ZRUNHG RXW at the time of continuous bachHORU¶V practice in 9UãRYLFNi a.s. in Prague. The case report is initiated with a musculoskeletal assessment of the patient, and continues with performance of the therapeutic units and re-assessment. of the effectiveness of the therapy. Vliv kompenzačního cvičení na míru protrakce ramenních kloubů u sportovních lezců

Název práce Vliv kompenzačního cvičení na míru protrakce ramenních kloubů u sportovních lezců Cíle Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda se u lezců pravidelně provádějících kompenzační cvičení vyskytuje menší protrakce ramenních kloubů než u lezců necvičících. Metody Jedná se o pilotní studii, které se zúčastnilo 48 probandů a jejíž výsledky byly hodnoceny kvantitativně. Probandi byli sportovní lezci obou pohlaví ve věku 18-35 let s požadovanou lezeckou úrovní minimálně VII UIAA, u nichž se nevyskytují bolesti ani poruchy ramenních kloubů. Data byla získána měřením distancí dvou anatomických bodů posuvným měřítkem; kraniálního výběžku sterna a přední části acromionu, a to v přirozeném stoji a aktivně vzpřímeném stoji. Měření bylo pouze jednorázové s cílem odebrat data, která byla následně statisticky zpracována. Výsledky Výsledky potvrdily závislost míry protrakce ramenních kloubů na provádění kompenzačního cvičení. Výsledky neprokázaly stejnou míru protrakce na obou ramenních kloubech.
