Pension reform and its aspects in the electoral programs of czech parliamentary parties

The main theme of this Bachelor thesis is an analyse of the electoral programs of czech parliamentary parties with emphasis on pension reform. The goal of this work is to observe different views on pension reform across the political spectrum. Firstly the work determinates the possibilities of pension system funding and its current state in the Czech republic. Then the plans of pension reform from parliamentary political parties from 2004-2011 are presented. In the end the work describes the current situation of pension reform in 2011.
Intra-party democracy - the comparation of The Civil Democratic Party and The Czech Social Democratic Party

Political parties are an integral part of the modern democracy. However, people hardly ever have an idea about the internal mechanisms within them. The goal of this work is the evaluation of an intra-party democracy of the two biggest Czech parties -- the Civil Democratic Party and the Czech Social Democratic Party. This work is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the political parties themselves -- the definition of basic terms, functions and role of the political parties, typology of political parties and also the issue of the intra-party democracy. In the second chapter the parties are briefly introduced. Next subchapters analyse aspects according to which the levels of the intra-party democracy can be meassured. After this, the comparation of both parties is made. In the conclusion all the results are summarized and evaluated.

The Master Thesis Political Marketing in the Czech Republic 2010. Campaigns for Chamber of Deputies election aims to reveal the political marketing of the most important Czech political parties foregoing the Chamber of Deputies election. The thesis is focused on marketing campaigns of parties and their most marked moments, which had an impact on the election results. The thesis is set in the concrete political situation. Firstly the political marketing is theoretically described, than the thesis targets particular parties and their campaigns. Content analysis, analysis of media instruments and the interview with election manager are used in the thesis. Primary and secondary information are processed in the thesis. The most important moments of campaigns are analyzed linking to marketing tools as well as consequences for election results.

In December survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre, the citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated the activity of political parties and institutions. For evaluation was used Czech school classification, where the best is number one and the worst is number five.
