The topic of this bachelor thesis is the „Construction Project Organization“. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the concepts of project management. It also describes the building life cycle, project participants, project planning techniques, and financial planning. The practical part is focused on the organization of the construction project - the schedule of time planning and the financing of the public procurement. This issue is dealt with on a concrete project where the investor is the city of Brno. It is a building of a parking lot.

The subject of the present bachelor´s thesis is organization of a construction contract using project management tools. Specifically, the phase of construction process planning is brought into focus. The thesis consist of two major parts further subdivided into several chapters. The first, theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes some of the project managment tools. In the second, practical part, various methods are used to model the construction process on a specific construction contract. This particular construction contract concerns a manufacturing plant in the industrial zone Kolín-Ovčáry.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of the construction contract. The theoretical part explains the principle of project management and its sources. The output of the practical part is an analysis of a specific construction project, where is describing the way of managing the construction contract and creating measures in case of unexpected situations that arose during the construction. In addition, a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan. Finally, were prepared two possible ways of a financial plan.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to characterize cohesion policies of the European Union and the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, the history of the European Union is described along with its primary information, and also the history of cohesion policy development. It also describes regional policies of the Czech Republic, its preparations to be part of the EU and also the following participation on three operational programs. Practical part includes the realization of the project Centrální dopravní terminál a Parkoviště P+R, which is confounded by the European Union.

This Master thesis focuses on the risk management of a selected project of modernization of Avion shopping park. The first part sets out the theoretical starting points for the elaboration of the Master thesis. The second part is an analysis of the current state of IKEA, an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company and their summaries in the SWOT analysis. The last part is about proposing a solution for the implementation of the project. Risk identification and risk assessment using the RIPRAN method is part of this solution. The selected risks are designed to reduce the probability or impact of risk on the project.

The author of this diploma thesis deals with the Proposal of a Risk Analysis Procedure in Technological Preparation for Foundry. Risk management is not currently applied in much detail at this present time. Analysis of the present risk management process in serial and prototype model tools will lead to the identification of risks within this discussion. It is then proposed for corrective actions for improvement of managing the current status to be presented and discussed. Target of this thesis is therefore the proposal of an updated risk analysis procedure in technological preparation for foundry.

Firstly, the thesis includes theoretical background about corporate social responsibility and risks management. The theoretical background serves as a support for applying methods and analyzing the necessary areas. The goal of this work is to find solutions and propose preventative measures to be used by the evaluated organization.
