Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení stavební zakázky. V teoretické části je vysvětlen princip projektového řízení a jeho zdroje. Výstupem praktické části je analýza konkrétního výstavbového projektu, kde je popsán způsob řízení stavební zakázky a tvorba opatření při vzniku neočekávaných situací, které vznikly v průběhu výstavby. Dále je vyhotoven časový harmonogram, kde je zobrazena odchylka oproti původnímu plánu. V neposlední řadě jsou vyho-toveny dva možné způsoby finančního plánu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of the construction contract. The theoretical part explains the principle of project management and its sources. The output of the practical part is an analysis of a specific construction project, where is describing the way of managing the construction contract and creating measures in case of unexpected situations that arose during the construction. In addition, a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan. Finally, were prepared two possible ways of a financial plan.
