This thesis solves the design documentation of the house with business premises. Type of business premises is engineer´s office intended for one or two designers. The lot is situated in the urban area of the village Vlčnov. The lot is gently sloping. House is detached house with two floors. The second floor is an attic. The house is accessed from the local road. It is designed for a family of four or five members. The entrance to the house is located in the first floor. The business premises is in the first floor and it is in the back part of the house. The roof is made as gabled roof.

Type of business premises is engineer´s office intended for one or two designers. The land is located in the urban area of the municipality Ostrožská Lhota. The land is gently sloping terrain. House is designed in a terraced house in a vacant lot, with two floors and an attic. The house is accessed from the local road. The house is designed for a family of four or five members. The entrance to the house is located in the first floor. business premises is in the first floor and input into it is located on the same side hug as the main entrance to the house on the south side of the building. The roof is made gable roof with dormers.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached house with a design office at a level of documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors, covered with a flat roof. The structural system of the basement is based on a hidden formwork while the constructions of above-ground floors are designed to be from polished bricks Porotherm 30 Profi with thin layer of mortar for binding. The ceilings are from monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing above the ground floor consists of an extensive green roof arch crossing the adjusted terrain. The design of the building respects the urban planning regulations of Vrbovec, puts an emphasis on the layout design from architectural and structural viewpoints, nonetheless also in terms of energy savings and safety in use of the building.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with a shop at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor and a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Příbor and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

The object of the dissertation is a family house with a construction office, standalone, without cellaring, it is the two-floor family house and the single-storey construction office. A construction system is the wall one. The objects are based on strip footings, carrying walls are made from ceramic bricks, ceilings are from ceramic beams and blocks, there is a ferroconcrete stair, a roof is flat.
