Topic of this thesis is marketing strategy analysis and assessment of toy retail chain Bambule Alltoys, spol. s.r.o. In addition, this paper deals with recommendations, which could strengthen company's position on the market and help it in meeting its strategic objectives. The theoretical part addresses the definition of strategic marketing and characterizes the strategic marketing management process. It also describes the specifics of consumer goods marketing and current trends in the European and Czech toy market. The practical part is focused on situational analysis, and results of marketing research based on analysis of the first and second degree. The results of this part are then used as a basis for recommendations for communications, personnel, product, distribution and pricing policies.
The implementation of the Partners, Inc. company to czech financial market and specifications for Jindřichův Hradec area

Subject of this thesis is to implement the Partners, Inc. to financial market and to evaluate marketing strategy for Jindřichův Hradec area. In the theoretical part is described sphere of services, marketing process and its project parts. In the practical part is made situation analysis by using PEST and SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. Thesis is about segmentation of market and choosing one target segment. In conclusion is described marketing mix of the Partners company and there are proposed recommendations in promotion for Jindřichův Hradec area and solutions how to effectively reach and adress Jindřichův Hradec area.
Comparison of the supply of tourism in selected cities (Třeboň,Vodňany) and its contribution to local development

The main aim of this work was comparing the supply side of tourism in selected cities (Trebon, Vodnany). After studying the literature was conducted situational analysis that led to the finding of supply of tourism in these cities. The next section was carried out field research in Trebon, who was elected as a city with a diverse range of tourism. In the evaluation of the field investigation and found the results were provided suggestions to improve the current situation in the city and has also designed a product package. The aim of this package is primarily the extension of the current range of supply of destination, increasing its attractiveness and extend visitors' stay in this destination. The package also offers reduced fees for students.
Preconditions of development of tourism in select area Havlíčkobrodsko

The aim of this thesis was to analyze tourism of the region Havlíčkobrodsko, identify the hidden potential of tourism and propose a new tourism product focused on selected segments of visitors. The first part was focused on the theoretical definition of marketing, product, destination and tourism. Moreover, a fundamental characteristics of Havlíčkobrodsko, which delineates the major attractions that are found in this area, is given. The second part consists of field survey and design of a new product. The survey was conducted in Lipnice nad Sázavou, which has good prospects of tourism. Here is the seasonality problem, the lack of secondary supply and information to visitors that could be addressed. According to the information obtained from local authority staff, Christmas and Easter Fair was designed. It is the best way to develop local tourism.
The preconditions of development of tourism in Chrudim

The aim of this thesis was to analyze tourism development in region Chrudimsko, to reveal the untapped potential of tourism in Chrudimsko and to create a tourism product for the customer segment of families with children. The first step of thesis was studying literary sources and creating literary research. The part with literary sources was followed by the situation analysis and field investigation. The creation of new product in the city Slatiňany was based on the results of field investigation. The product ?Kouzelná pouť Podhůrou? is the fun event which celebrates the ending of holiday and fills the blank space of tourism supply for the segment of families with children in Slatiňany.
Potency of tourism development in the background of Štilec pond

Partial aim was to activate the hidden potential of tourism and preparing products focused on selected segments of visitors - families with children, seniors and disabled persons. The first part was study the literary sources and developed the situational analysis. In other part was carried the investigation of the field. Under investigation were proposed innovations. In the last part was built new product to highlight the importance of fishing and pond Štilec.

Own survey confirmed two chosen hypotheses - in prevails Votice domestic tourism and visitors Votice and surroundings are more participants in transit tourism. Based on the results of its own questionnaire were designed to two product packages.
Product of tourism for families with children

To analyze tourism development conditions for families with children in the Písek Region and to create the suggestion of a package for this segment were the main tasks of my thesis. I analyzed the primary and the secondary supply of Písek region.I want to show that families with children are very demanding but attractive segment as well. The Písek Region has appropriate conditions to become an attractive region for families with children. I created visitor{\crq}s profile and requests, which are essential for visitor to realize his visit. The package suggestion was compiled by needs and wishes of visitors. The package is divided according to children age.
Possibilities of strategic development of tourism in Chodsko area

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the primary and secondary potential tourism development in Chodsko and then on the basis of the analysis suggest the possibility of strategic development of tourism with priorities and measures. Assumptions for Development of Tourism in the Area of Blatná

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prostřednictvím analýzy cestovního ruchu v oblasti Blatensko odhalit skrytý potenciál cestovního ruchu a vytvořit nový produkt cestovního ruchu pro vybraný segment návštěvníků. Nejprve byla nastudována odborná literatura a vypracována literární rešerše. Poté se vypracovala situační analýza, proběhlo terénní šetření a byly zpracovány návrhy a opatření. Na základě výsledků terénního šetření byl navrhnuty dva nové produkty.
