Building - technology phase: Implementation of superstructure of a single - family house

Bachelor´s thesis deals with selected stages of upper superstructure, as are walling and ceiling processes. Object is designed in two constructional variants. Porotherm system and Ytong system were selected and compared. Technological regulations, budgets, time schedules, principles of construction organization and other essentials for ensuring the smooth construction execution were studied. This thesis´s goal is to review selected variants in terms of time, economic, technology demands and thermal properties. Subsequent evaluation could serve families who intend renovation of their house as a guide in the selection of structural system.

Implementation of the Shell Superstructure of an Appartment Building "Na Rozálce" Žamberk

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the implemantation of the shell superstructure of an apartment building. Technological projects for vertical structures from Porotherm system and for half-prefabricated clay-concrete floor structures have been designed. The inspection and test plans deal with the quality of these processes. A budget and a time schedule have been drawn up as well, there is also a plan for a set of necessary machines. In addition, the thesis includes a project of site equipment and a review of broader transport relations.

Implementation of warehouses in Brno Podoli, alternative solutions envelope

This bachelor thesis deals with the variant solution envelope warehouse and office building in Brno Podolí. The first variant is designed as a skeletal structure with masonry infill made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong with external thermal insulation composite system. Also there are dealt with internal plaster and filling holes. The first variant includes technical report, technological specifications, the situation of building with wider relationships routes, bills of quantities, itemized budget, principles of organization of construction, technical report for site equipment, time schedule, design mechanical assembly, inspection and test plans, safety and health work, assessment of thermal cladding, drawing of site preparation and drawing details. The second variant is also designed as a skeleton construction, but as sheathing circuit will be used for facade sandwich Kingspan panels. Part of the second variant are the technological specifications, bill of quantities, itemized budget proposal mechanical assemblies, time schedule, drawing of the site preparation. Both variants will be compared in terms of time, financial, technology, machine designs and building equipment.

Residence Austerlitz, selected parts of construction technology project

Purpose of this master’s thesis is to compile structurally – technological aspects of the project of new housing building in Brno. Thesis concentrates on technological phase of upper rough construction, which involves prescriptions for masonry of walls and constructions from reinforced concrete. Thesis is also includes suggestions of constellation of machines, time plan, supplying of construction site, rules of workplace safety, quality requirements, solutions for organization of construction and maintenance of the building. Conclusion of this master’s thesis is comparison of different systematical variations of constructing peripheral wall based on many structurally – technological factors.

Multifunctional building - Houbalova - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project poly-functional complex with a focus on execution of construction. Gross building is designed reinforced concrete skeleton combined with masonry. Technology will be developed Code for reinforced concrete monolithic frame and masonry. On the techno-logical stage it will be processed inspection and test plan and the balance of the major sources for the implementation of reinforced concrete structures 1.NP. The thesis is a proposal for construction site, which is complemented by a social facilities and offices. For an overall view of the construction of a multifunctional complex is processed time and financial plan, which will be further elaborated for building construction B. Availability of supply is verified by the design of routes. Like other task will be processed proposal formwork system for con-struction 1.NP Building B.

It contains studies of main technological steps, chronological plan, calculation, project of site equipment, technological prescription for concrete roof, suggestion construction machinery and another selected parts. This new brick building includes 3 floors with basement and is located in a separate educational area. Basic monolithic concrete constructions with steels are realizated as a surface structures.
