The Roofing of Terraces of a Stadium
Bartoň, Radek ; Sýkora, Karel (referee) ; Puchner, Josef (advisor)
My task was to propose and consider steel structure of roofing of a terraces on an athletic stadium. Terraces, with the ground-plan dimensions 12,0 x 80,0 m, are designed as a reinforced concrete structure and its structural analysis is not included in this thesis. Construction is situated in area of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, which meant, It had to be accounted with considerable variable loads (wind, snow), which is associated with enlargement of a cross-sections. Cross sections of the main elements were proposed and considered and also selected joints and details of the structure. Assigned drawings are included in attachments of the thesis.
Wage rigidities in chosen EU countries
Janus, Ondřej
The objective of this thesis is to estimate the real wage rigidities in chosen EU countries and their influence on long term unemployment. Two main approaches used in this thesis are multiple regression analysis applied on Phillips curve and Structural VAR. The results show the development of wage flexibility before and after the crisis, heterogeneity of wage flexibility across the chosen EU countries and positive correlation between wage flexibility and low long-term unemploy-ment rate.
Methods and techniques of arc welding aluminum and its alloys with a view to TIG technology used EGE Ltd. and related new standards according to EN and ISO
SCHANDL, Petr
In theintroduction to the thesis a researchoftheavailableliterature has been done, and afterthatthetheoryofweldingfollows. In thepractical part, weldingmethods and theirprinciples are described. And thenthedescription and fieldsofuseoftheparticulartypesof aluminium welding and weldingof aluminium alloysfollow. Also, optimaltechniquesofweldedsurfaces and theirpreparation, thechoiceoftechniques and weldingmethods are dealtwith. In conclusion, thedetailsof hand welding and WIG machinewelding and the basic set for WIG weldingwith direct oralternatingcurrent are described.
Technologické metody svařování hliníku a jeho slitin
Pavlík, Zdeněk
The diploma thesis deals with the technology of welding aluminum alloy AW 5754 by a method of arc welding TIG and with covered electrode. Introduction contains information about aluminum alloys and their labeling according to ČSN EN 573-1,2. Additional attention is focused on evaluation of the weld quality according to ISO 10042 and subsequent evaluation of the defects according to ISO 65 20 to 1. In the experimental section was welded samples tested at first by non-destructive methods (visual, capillary, X-ray testing) and followed by a destructive measurement of the weld (evaluation of micro-hardness, macroscopic and microscopic tests, tearing issues). Furthermore, part of weldments was subjected to a laboratory corrosion test in an aggressive environment of a salt chamber and then evaluating of mechanical properties of welds in both methods.
Svařování hliníkových slitin wolframovou elektrodou
Hartman, Tomáš
This thesis focuses on undetachable endless connection by aluminum welding and its alloys by TIG methods. Detailed description of TGI welding method is included in the thesis. The second part deals with a detailed description of aluminum, aluminum alloys, problems that can occur in the process of welding, methods used for creating of undetachable endless connection by welding and conditions for creating of the connection of two parts. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on comparing of the quality of new links between parts and renovated parts. Links undergo tensile test, metallographic examination, description of defects and evaluation of the quality of the link. The third part of the thesis focuses on safety and possible dangers from welding.
Welding method 131 (MIG) according to DIN EN ISO 4063 with a focus on analysis and comparison of the circumferential welding of aluminum pipe welding machine for welding machines BKM / BRP compared to manual semi-automatic welding
VIK, Radovan
In the first part there are defined the basic terms used in the welding of aluminium and its alloys with the repect of related standards. The next part of the thesis described the hand welding of aluminium by the flame welding, arc welding and other special welding methods. The practical part focuses on the defects generated during welding of aluminium and its detection and iterpretation. The final part deals with the semi-automatic and automatic welding of aluminium and compares both methods.
Graphical models in statistics and econometrics
Hubálek, Ondřej ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor) ; Bisová, Sára (referee)
Graphical models in statistics and econometrics provide capability to describe causal relations using causal graph in classical regression analysis and others econometric tools. Goal of this thesis is description of causal modelling of time series with help of structural models of vector autoregression. There is description of procedure of building structural VAR model, principle of graphical models and building model for causal dependence analysis. For purpose of comparison there are used data from both USA and Czech Republic and comparison of similar models for both countries is presented. Best models are then selected, to show causal relations between macroeconomic variables. For purpose of analysis, impulse-response functions are used to show impact of demand shock on GDP and other macro indicators.
Methodology and techniques of arc welding by shielding electrode
CHUDÍK, Josef
The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is primarily to create a komplex work to provides a comprehensive overview and theoretic rudiment to understand methodology arc coated electrode welding and secondary to create teacher´s book or theoretical instrument of this metodology. The thesis are focused generally on progress of basic skills of arc coated electrode welding. In the beginning, the thesis describes origin and development of this industry branch. The core of Bachelor´s thesis is composited from information about technological principles of faultless welding and from description and evaluation of the technical devices used for welding. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on description of the welding methodology with a view to commonly used welding methods in the South Bohemia region.
Simulation of the crack growth in the weld of the polyolefin pipes
Ševčík, Martin ; Hutař, Pavel ; Náhlík, Luboš
The aim of this work was to study the effect of the material properties change due to the butt welding on the stress intensity factor in polyolefin pipe. The gradient change of the Young’s modulus was assumed. The crack was located in the middle of the affected zone. The stress intensity factors estimated in both graded region and basic material (homogenous case) were compared. Strong influence of the graded region on the value of the stress intensity factor was observed. Therefore, for realistic estimation of the welded pipe lifetime the change of the material properties inside the polymer weld should be taken into account.
