Product analysis of children´s life insurance in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the main characteristics of the life insurance lastly above all children's life insurance. I try catch his development, characteristic aspects and advantages. I introduce the insurance products which the insurance companies offers in the Czech Republic. Than I describe the chosen collection of insurance products and I observe characters suitable for the analysis. At the close of the bachelor thesis there is evaluation of collection of insurance products by the theoretical a practical analysis. Level of monthly premium of elected insurance products is showed on the model example of imaginary insured person.
Legal regulation of conclusion and termination of insurance contracts

The thesis deals with the legislation process of concluding insurance contracts and the subsequent termination of insurance. The work stems from the Insurance Contract Act and other legislation in the area of insurance. There are also mentioned some selected decisions of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the issue and also to assess the status of current legal regulation.

Redistribution aspects of taxes and social insurance in the Czech Republic

This thesis is focused on redistribution of wealth in the Czech Republic. It explains the role of public finance and state budget as the main instruments of redistribution. The thesis indicates the factors that affect the degree of redistribution in the Czech society. Key factors for redistribution are the tax system and social and health insurance. The purpose of this work is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that in the Czech Republic there is no equal redistribution of household income. Verification of this hypothesis is made on the basis of data from household budget statistics that are published on the Czech Statistical Office web site.

I will also say something about dodgers, marketing insurance mix and subjects on the insurance market etc. I have to introduce insurance companies and I will try to make some case studies to illustrate the offer on the Czech insurance market.

My bachelor work describes insurance tricks in Czech Republic which are the considerable risk for insurer and also for the clients of insurance company. These tricks are analysed mainly from insurers point of view and from impact to insurer. The work also mention the fight against cheaters and describe the most important branches where they operate. At the conclusion there are characterized concrete cases of insurance tricks in addition to the theoretical conception.
The insurance fraud issue in the Czech Republic

The thesis is being concerned with one of the serious criminal acts causing each year damages worth hundrends of millions Czech crowns. The main aim of the thesis is to provide a complex view of the problems. The thesis analyses the issue from both legal and economic angle of view, deals with the insurance fraud typology and proves the theory by evidence of particular cases. The thesis thereinafter discovers causations of commiting insurance frauds and describes the insurence fraud abatment. In the end the thesis tries to disclose the weak points of the system of prevention, to point at them and to come up with the improvement suggestions and recommendations.
Specifika obchodní činnosti DIRECT Pojišťovny, a.s.

Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat možnosti distribuce pojistných produktů, zejména moderní přímé distribuční kanály. V první polovině práce jsou obecné informace týkající se oblasti pojišťovnictví a možností distribuce pojištění. Část práce je věnována DIRECT Pojišťovně a zhodnocení její dosavadní činnosti. Pro rozšíření a budoucnost přímého prodeje pojištění je důležité využívání internetu a potenciál v dalších oblastech pojištění, který je přímému prodeji otevřen, proto je část práce věnována i těmto otázkám. V závěru z diplomové práce vyplývá, že pro přímý prodej pojištění je na českém trhu prostor, ale významný podíl pojistného trhu zůstane i nadále věrný tradičním možnostem prodeje pojištění.
