Technology solutions with a CNC machine

Bachelor thesis deals with the production of rotary component (master shaft). In the first part is selected suitable semi-product for the specified component, followed by the assignment of production machines and choise of the appropriate tools. Covered is a technological process, capacitive calculation of VBD and energy consumption including respect for the ecology of production. In the next part the NC programs are created in the control systems called Yasnac and Heidenhain iTNC 530. The final part is devoted to the production of the specified component.

Production of parts for 3D printer

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of design technology of selected parts of a 3D printer from selected material machining. The goal is to design a suitable manufacturing processes, preparation of semi-finished products, choice of cutting instruments, production of technical documentation for creating NC program with using CAD / CAM software and evaluation of technical and economic point of view, the suitability of the method of production.

Suggestion of technology for clutch component

The Bachelor work draft production of manufacturing machined component clutch of motorcycle Ducati. The work includes familiarization with the function of component, desvising the technological process for unit production and subsequent production on the CNC lathe. Technological preparation for production on the CNC machine will be imple-mented with using CAD / CAM software. In conclusion will be assessed technical economic evaluation of production this component.

Solution production technology of part "laparoscopy instrument´s jaw" on a CNC machine

Bachelor thesis submitting a proposal for the production of components of the laparoscopic instrument machined on CNC machine. Based on the analysis of components of design, technological and material aspects, is developed technological process of production, processed technological documentation, compiled and verified NC program for the CNC machining center. The thesis compares manual and automated programming, evaluates manufacturing of jaws and assesses possible monthly production capacity of one machine.
