Zpráva popisuje výsledky informační kampaně, která proběhla ve vybraných okresech střední Moravy. Je diskutován vztah podniků k zavádění EMAS a podtržen zásadní význam komunikace, výcviku a státní podpory pro přijetí myšlenky EMAS v podniku zavést. Jsou popsány kroky nezbytné k zavedení systému EMAS na národní i podnikové úrovni. V přílohách jsou uvedeny výsledky kampaně, hodnocení výukových modulů i návrhy postupů pro konkrétní podniky.

Analysis of the education system of sales representatives in Top Moravia Q, s.r.o.

Thesis in the first part deals with the theoretical background for the analysis of the educational system. It describes the different phases of the educational system and possible approaches to training staff. The next part is a practical analysis of the education system of sales representatives at Top Moravia Q. This study focuses on introductory training for sales representatives and subsequent training, a personal training manager, working meeting and seminars. Through qualitative and quantitative research investigated the views of program participants on its meaning, effectiveness and contribution. The final part of the evaluation of the findings made and formulated recommendations for improving the program and the educational system as a whole. Also evaluated the overall company's approach to educational activities.

The Analysis of Training System in the Chosen Firm

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the training system and human resources management in a chosen firm {--} Jihočeská Plynárenská, a. s. One part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of costs of education of employees and the evaluation of purposefulness and appropriateness of the investments in the training sessions. Today is education very important for achievement of enterprise{\crq}s goals. Qualified employees can be considered as valuable asset not only for the firm but also for the whole society. Professional care of employees includes permanent extension of acquired knowledge. Head workers should prepare individual plan of personal development for every employee. They should also motivate the employees to be interested in further education. If employees participate in planning of education scheme in the firm then they are active trainee. Knowledge, skills and abilities of employees are a competitive advantage of a company. Future of a firm highly depends on specialists, who will be able to apply their knowledge in practice.

Analysis of the impact of training in the company XY

The main goal of main thesis is to analyze the impact of specific training course, which is focused on project management for employees of the company XY. I will focus on the analysis of one component of evaluating the effectiveness of training. This component examines whether there is a transfer of knowledge, understanding and taught practices in the common business practice. The work includes a theoretical part, which introduce the theory of corporate training, adult education and project management. In the methodological part is the specification of whole research process, including the research hypotheses. The following section summarizes the concrete results of the research.

Professional drivers and first aid

The thesis called ``Professional drivers and first aid`` is concerned with professional drivers´ knowledge of providing first aid and their further education in this field. Based on the statistics a car accident occurs every three minutes and a man dies in car accidents every eight minutes. To save men´s lives the first minutes are the most important. Professional drivers are regularly trained in traffic regulations but health care preparation is not usually included or it is only a side issue. A quantitative research was accomplished and the objectives and hypotheses were stated. The data were collected through an anonymous questionnaire containing 29 questions. The questionnaires were distributed to professional drivers in the districts of Jihlava and Znojmo. The research set consisted of 112 respondents with the prevalance of lorry drivers. The research proved that the drivers know emergency call numbers. They know how to provide first aid but they are not informed of new methods, especially in resuscitation. Most drivers admit that a regular training of first aid should be included in professional trainings and the education in this field is unsufficient. The research indicated that professional drivers need more training of first aid as well as other people.

The aim of this bachelor project is to make analysis of system of education, analysis of costs which were expended on education of employees and to put forward improving measures, which could Regional administration social security for South Bohemian region use at its other work in section of education and employee development. Regional administration social security for South Bohemian region appreciates, that education playes an important role in ensuring of services of clients and for development of organization. That is why it is necessary to ensure nets of specialists, which work in other capacities in section of administration social security and which are rightly equipped with language education.
