Planning Task Monitoring System

Task of this bachelor work is to create system for monitoring of statuses of planned jobs according to requirements defined by sponsor Red Hat. The main target is to understand what planning problem means, how can be defined, stored to system, how to initiate his planning and to monitor progress. Planning system has been split to the 2 parts. The first part is user interface build up based on technologies JavaServer Faces, RichFaces a Twitter Bootstrap which allows recording, beginning and put on hold of running jobs. The second part represents web service with combination of technology Enterprise JavaBeans which processes requirements for beginning/put on hold of planning run accomplishes with utilization of framework OptaPlanner, planning progress is being stored to MySQL database. Information about planning problems is obtained from this database and continuously is being displayed in user interface. For implementation both parts has been used platform Java Enterprise Edition 6 and has been deployed in application server JBoss. System has been tested on artificial planning problem N Queen and practical problems from Red Hat company cloud balancing and travelling tournament on platform UNIX via cloud service OpenShift by users.
Monitoring system for monitoring of laboratory processes

The presented work deals with the development of a monitoring system for monitoring the operation of the laboratory. The theoretical part of the work includes information on the safety of operation and work in biological laboratories, measured physical quantities and the principle of their measurement. The monitoring system is built on a compact ESP32-CAM camera and a WeMos D1 development board. The practical part consists of the design and implementation of a given system and the creation of a full-stack application for displaying live input from the laboratory for monitoring measured quantities in real time.

The present dissertation is the design of a company's business plan, with a view to the new monitoring system, with all the important factors such as economic and technical factors, and legislative changes in the branch are taken into consideration. Furthermore there is the view to the economic standing of the company is also evalua-ted. The business plan is simultaneously considered from a general view of potential implementation of the proposed solution.

Implementation of a monitoring tool into a corporate network

This bachelor thesis describes the design and implementation of a monitoring tool into corporate networks. Monitoring tools play an important role for the administrator who use them to identify network problems. Using monitoring tools, we collect individual statuses of the metrics we have predefined, such as device availability, interface traffic, disk usage, etc. This information is then used by the administrator for a timely response to problems in the computer network. The theoretical part describes computer networks and protocols that use by monitoring tools most often. The next section describes the Centreon open source solution, which is implemented as a monitoring tool within a corporate network and describes the possibilities and functions of the Centreon monitoring tool. The practical part of the thesis includes implementation of the Centreon monitoring tool into a corporate network.

This thesis is dealing with issues regarding monitoring computer systems, specifically server services. The goal is to configure the monitoring system Zabbix for the network administrator's need of oversight of a retail company on the Windows infrastructure. On the network model within the test system, there are templates created, which include required data, graphs, triggers and scripts. After their testing, they are imported to the production system and implemented into live operation. The whole project is evaluated from the economic perspective.
Monitorovací systém a hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje destinace cestovního ruchu

The sustainable development represents an interesting area of study connected with a tourism, which is one of the fastest growing economic fields. The main ob-jective of this thesis is to evaluate current situation of concepts of sustainable tourism and corporate social responsibility of hotels and determine phases of a life cycle of a chosen region in the Czech Republic. On the basis on the gained data the monitoring system is suggested for rating the sustainable tourism of the destination. The results give basic facts about the region and forms of the tourism in this region, actual overview about the sustainability in the destination, which was gained from primary researches and analyses of the secondary data. It also represents a life cycle of the destination and leads to the suggestion of a complex monitoring system for the chosen region. Due to the importance of both concepts around tourism, the implementation leads to reach better results in dependence of a competitiveness and the sustainability of the destination.
