The main part of this research is analysis of the competitors.
Job satisfaction of financial advisors

The diploma thesis is focused on job satisfaction and its aim is to analyze the satisfaction of financial advisors in the company and to suggest possible solutions to improve the current situation. In the theoretical part is defined the concept of work satisfaction, its determinants, consequences and methods of measurement. Methodical part describes the procedures used to collect data. The first part of the practical part briefly describes specifics of the financial advisory market and the firm, which the survey was conducted in. The second part contains interpretation of surveyed areas from the view of satisfaction. The final part deals with proposals for possible steps leading to the increase in job satisfaction.

The aim of the dissertation is to outline the influences of internet, which are far-reaching and heterogeneous. Internet markedly contribute to the rise of new society, new forms of economies. That is why the dissertation analyse the informative society and the economy of the informations, connected with her. There are exactly informations, wich are framing internet, internet culture, customs, communities. And there is no exception for school and school background, tipical place for the educational process. The aim of dessertation is to outline the education feature of internet, new methods and tools, which internet bring into the educational process. Flash point of the dissertation is the research among the students, where we reveal the rate of the internet influence on the study.
Research, development and innovation investments: case study of the Czech Republic

Theoretical background for a knowledge- and innovation-based economic growth is built by macroeconomic theories of growth, whose overview is covered in the first part of this thesis. The methodology part designs and explains a set of indicators selected for the purposes of the consequent analysis, in order to assess and compare sources, outcomes and effects of research, development and innovation processes. The analytical part includes evaluation of all selected indicators including identification of probable causes of the identified developments and position of the Czech Republic within the European Union. The analysis is carried out in 5 consequent logic blocks, which fully cover the complete chain of consequences from costs up to final macroeconomic effects. One part of analysis concerning human resources in R&D is next to hard statistical data also based on the results of an own questionnaire survey designed especially for the purposes of this thesis to uncover motivating and discouraging factors standing behind university students' interest in doctorate degree attainment and in a career in research or development. The conclusive part of the thesis summarizes main findings and suggests directions for Czech R&D&I policy in order to achieve improvements in areas of the greatest inadequacies pointed out in the analysis.

Master Thesis studies integrated Supply Chains and their particularities in the automotive industry and searches for ways how to rationalize them. It aims to find means how to make the lead times shorter, with the focus on an automobile producer in an effort to increase its competitiveness. It is geared to identify points in its Supply Chain, where flaws and errors or delays in the process of customer order fulfillment might occur. It also concentrates on the possibility of managing customer demand. The Thesis then investigates circumstances that especially in the automotive do play a role and influence the lead time. Based on the established information and facts it proposes measures that resolve this problem with regard to current trends in the industry and also consider the requirements and expectations of customers buying a new car.
