Preparation and organization of the construction of residential houses in Chrudim Lookout
Kohout, Jiří ; Doubek, Rostislav (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential buildings Rozhledna in Chrudim. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main objects, object time and financial plan and budget of main buildings are also solved. An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.

The con-tent of the work is an accompanying report and summary technical report of the building, the construction situation and the solution of relations of wider trans-port routes, technological regulations for the implementation of ceramic structu-res and for the implementation of wooden ceiling construction, machine design, site equipment solutions, safety and health solutions construction sites and in-spection and test plans for the execution of ceramic structures and for the executi-on of wooden ceiling structures.
Experimental drying and desalination of bricks, sandstones and masonry under an applied electric field
Matyščák, Ondřej ; Katunský,, Dušan (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (referee) ; Doc.Ing. Karel Kubečka, Ph.D (referee) ; Novotný, Miloslav (advisor)
Dewatering and desalination of building constructions is currently a discussed topic. At the present time, different techniques for dewatering and desalination can be used. The existing methods are efficient but it is necessary to improve these methods and to develop new ones. The moisture in the building constructions is directly connected with the salts, which can be dissolved in it and together with the moisture further to move. The salts can cause damage of constructions and change mechanical and physical properties of the buildings materials. The basic demands for dewatering and desalination are the speed, efficiency and economical factors. Presented dissertation focuses on dewatering and desalination with the use of electrokinetic methods together with the technique of the clay poultices. In the first part of the thesis, basic theoretical principles of moisture and salts are described. In the second part (experimental part), the series of experimental measurements were conducted both in the laboratory and in situ. In this part of dissertation, I was dewatering and desalinating bricks and sandstones under an applied electric field. The main focus was on the optimization of a laboratory setup in order to get the highest efficiency for dewatering and desalination. Other measurements were done in situ, where the same technique was used.
CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROJECT OF PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOTEL AT VALEČ CASTLE
Petrů, Václav ; Jílek, Jan (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the construction of a new hotel building in the Chateau Valeč complex. This building will serve as a garage, restaurant and accommodation facilities. The building is located on the outskirts of the village of Valeč. The thesis contains a technical report of the object, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of the construction, a study, a project of the construction site equipment, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an item budget, a technological regulation, a quality control and testing plan and occupational health and safety. The thesis deals with sprayed polyurethane foam, which serves as a thermal insulator. The thesis also describes the heating system and energy sources for the building.
Development of advanced masonnry blocks for acoustic masonry construction
Lidmilová, Klára ; Horský, Antonín (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with study of sound behaviour in the field of partition structures, especially inter-residential partitions, evaluation of structures in terms of acoustic insulation properties and the production of ceramics in general and acoustic masonry elements. Based on a literature search and market research, new ways of solving acoustic-insulating masonry, including construction, were proposed. The feasibility of construction was verified on a small-scale model created using 3D printing. The selected masonry element was further developed into various dimensional modules, which were compared on the basis of the weights of the individual elements and on the basis of the number of joints. Furthermore, the levels of lightening of the elements were adjusted in order to achieve the highest possible values of the basis weight of the masonry and thus the highest possible airborne sound insulation.
PROKES WINERY
Tallmayer, Dominik ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Čupr, Karel (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is based on formerly elaborated study in the subject AG32, which has been further elaborated to the level of documentation for a building permit and documentation for a construction execution. The topic of the thesis was to design a production hall, accommodation, administration, wine sales and a detached house. The new Prokeš winery is to be situated in the town of Velké Němčice, north-west from the centre of town in Městečko street. The parcel of land is bounded from the south by a road, from the north by a field, from the east it is adjacent to a field path and from the west to old garages. The land is owned by Mr Kamil Prokeš, it is an irregular shape with an area of 2,536.06 m. More than 1/3 of the land is crossed by the VN 22 kV air line. Functional content of the construction is a wine production, guests accommodation, administration, wine sales and housing for the winery owners. The main idea of the design was to build a construction, which would meet all the operation requirements as well as the owner requirements. The winery consists of 3 objects that are mutually connected into one unit, however, the individual plants are not disturbed by the others in terms of sound, vibrations, movements of winery workers and visitors. The winery is situated perpendicularly to Městečko street. This road is used as an access and supply road. The objects are designed in a way which accommodates the operation and function.
