Rural tourism in the region Vysočina

Thesis deals with possibilities of rural tourism in the Highlands region. This part of the Czech Republic is, with its rural character, sufficient number of farmsteads and cottages and cultural and historical potential, very suitable for rural tourism. People go still more and more back to stays in the nature with opportunities for active holiday. Rural tourism is in the Czech Republic in the beginning and although the number of providers of this kind of tourism as well as interest of tourists has been increased during last years, it is not the main source of income yet. The aim of the work is to find out and evaluate the offer and extent of servises concerning rural tourism in the Highlands. As a tool for collecting information was used the questionnaire, which was distributed between providers. On the base of evaluated information, new possibilities of rural tourism development in the region were sketched and ideas to owners of rural tourism buildings were suggested.

The purpose of the work was to find groundwork for the development and possibilities of other development. On the basis of the technical literature and the research was written situation analysis. Then marketing mix was created. And all results of the work were used in suggestion of innovation.

Unused Tourism Potential of Standard Rural Regions

The aim of this thesis was to analyze unused tourism potential in the microregion of Veselsko. In terms of solution diploma work was elaborate analysis of choice territory, chart and interpret height subjects of rural tourism and was executed questionary enquiry too. Finally there was created own suggestions chances of development which was solve unused potential of this region.The microregion has relatively good potential for development of rural tourism and therefore was created design for innovation of current situation in this work. In future microregion should have target to quality of tourist trade infrastructure and for creation varied offer culturally-communal actions in smaller municipality.

The analyse of rural tourism offer in the microregion of Bechyně

The main target of this work was to analyse the offer of rural tourism in the Microregion Bechyňsko. According to analysis evaluate present state and potential for next development of rural tourism in the area. The area of 11 villages was chosen because of its potential for rural tourism. Movement of rural barocco is conserved in all villages belonging to the microregion. This movement is typical for villages in the South Bohemia. The Bechyně itself has got many cultural and historical sights. In clean and calm surroundings of all villages of microregion there is a great number of forests. There are very good conditions to pick up forest fruits. There are deer-parks for wildlife watching. The rural tourism is considered as a sustainable form of tourism that is why it is very progressive form nowadays.

The possibilities of development of idle the rural tourism potential

The tourism is an ideal opportunity how to develop rural areas. Tourism can bring to these areas missing capital as well as the development of related sections. It is important to have in mind principles of sustainable tourism. The aim of the present study was to suggest possibilities of development of idle the rural tourism potential of chosen area Pohledsko by analyzing tourism potential in this area. The results displayed that this area has great nature, historical, cultural and societal potential. However, there are troubles with accommodation and catering, which limit the development. One possibility in tourism development is to take part in rural tourism by new farm on Duškův hill. The owner of this farm, Mr. Losenický refuses this opportunity for the present. So the possible way is making a new product of rural tourism for one day. This can be the horse ridding to the countryside.

These questions were firstly evaluated from sight of quantity which shown offer range of touristic activities and activities in selected regions. The points of the next research are estimations of government, promoter subjects and information centres in question of importance of case country-side tourist traffic and level of its support from public domain.

Bakalářské práce se věnuje aktuální situaci agroturistiky v České republice a jejímu hodnocení v souvislosti s udržitelným rozvojem. Dále jsou v práci představeny základní formy "zeleného cestovního ruchu" a organizace, které se tímto oborem v České republice zabývají. V praktické části bakalářské práce byl proveden výzkum mezi členy Svazu venkovské turistiky týkající se jejich spokojenosti s poskytovanými službami Svazu. Výzkum byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření prostřednictvím elektronické pošty. V závěrečné části práce byly výsledky šetření vyhodnoceny a pro Svaz venkovské turistiky byla formulována doporučení ohledně budoucí činnosti.

Analýza rozvoje hipoturistiky v Pardubickém kraji

Práce definuje specifickou formu cestovního ruchu - hipoturistiku. V první části stručně popisuje, jak je hipoturistika realizována v zahraničí. Dále studuje její současný rozvoj v České republice, především v Pardubickém kraji. Analyzuje podporu venkovského cestovního ruchu v regionálních strategických dokumentech a poptávku po hipoturistice ze strany domácích i zahraničních turistů. Následně porovnává jednotlivé jezdecké stezky v Pardubickém kraji a nabídku služeb jezdeckých stanic.

Chataření a chalupaření jako specifická forma cestovního ruchu

Cílem této práce je vytvořit obraz současného stavu fenoménu chataření a chalupaření v České republice. V první části je charakterizován venkovský cestovní ruch. Ve druhé části práce je popsán vývoj chataření a chalupaření v České republice. Třetí část týkající se komerčního využití těchto objektů je podpořena pilotním dotazníkovým průzkumem mezi majiteli chaty či chalupy, zaměřeným na jejich ochotu pronajmout svůj objekt druhého bydlení.
