House in Drahlov

In this thesis I solve draft of new building of family house on the level of documentation for construction. The house is located on the outskirt of small village Drahlov. It is a wooden building without the basement which consist of one floor with detached garage for one car built on the area of 193,02 m2. The circuit structure consist of sandwich walls, the bearing element is a frame of KVH prisms inside the structure. The facade is ventilated with wood paneling, roofing material is metal. Internal layout is designed according to norm and users´ use.
Realization of technological steps gross supreme office building

This Bachelor thesis describes the construction and technological processing of a fourth-floor building superstructure of the Plemenáři Brno building on Optátova 37, Brno. Discussing the building's detailed construction specifications built in stages with POROTHERM system and subsequently describing the technological application of the wooden roof trusses and large panelization of the sheet metal roofing. The full content of the Bachelor thesis includes the construction technological specification, construction equipment, planning involved to excavate the ground for technological stage brickwork, budgets, scheduling, the inspection plan and recommendations for compliance, and the roofing construction plan.
Detached House

Bachelor’s thesis deals project of a single-family house. It is one-storey detached house with basement and attic, located on a plat 491/85 in village Kanice, near Brno. The building is bulit of fiber cement blocks IZOBLOK and partition bricks YTONG. Ceilings are made of panels SPIROLL. The object has gabled and shed roof with metal roofing. Openings are equipped wood doors and windows VEKRA. Basement is mostly technical and used for storage, in the first floor is located garage and common areas with access to a terrace, in the attic there are rooms and bedrooms.
Multifunctional building

The diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation of a polyfunctional house with a café in Kyjov. The new building is located in the northern part of the city. It is a 4 floor object, partlial basement building with a saddle roof. The house is based on plain concrete slabs. The supporting peripheral and internal masonry is designed from POROTHERM brick blocks. In the cafeteria, an open layout is proposed using beams and columns. Ceiling structures are designed from the POROTHERM MIAKO system. The roof structure is designed with a truss with sheet metal cover. The perimeter walls in the 1PP are designed from blocks of loose formwork filled with concrete, which are insulated with extruded polystyrene. The building is functionally divided into 2 parts, each with its own entrance. The café is equipped with a vestibule, its own café, toilet for women and men with cabins for handicapped visitors and a background with a storeroom, dressing room and WC with a hall. The residential part consists of 4 garages and 6 apartments, 2 of which are adapted for the handicapped. The object is designed with natural ventilation. The object is barrier-free. In front of the building is proposed a parking space for 9 seats, 2 of which are designed for handicapped and 2 for apartment owners.
Golf Resort

The proposed golf resort is situated near the village of Nevcehle in the sloping terrain. It is a brick building of concrete blocks with contact thermal insulation and with concrete floor structure. The building has two floors. House is based on plain concrete foundations. Roof is made up of metal plate-connected timber truss with metal roofing.
Small apartment house

It is about new-built block of flats on a land number 599/1 in Uptown Červený Kostelec. It is L-shaped three-floor building without basement. The first flat and technical equipment for whole building are situated on the ground floor. Garages are situated on the ground floor as well. The second flat is set on the first floor and it includes loggia and roof terrace. Studio flat is located on the third floor such as another flat with loggia. The building is roofed with a pitched roof with metal roofing. Roofing of garages is designed by a green roof. Whole masonry is made of brick POROTHERM system. Floor structure is also designed of POROTHERM system, with ceramic beam ceilings MIAKO and POT. All building follows the concepts of surrounding buildings.
Implementation of Roof Construction at Koliště 47

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the realization of the roofing of the building Koliště 47. This building is located in the centre of Brno. The thesis deals with the solution of the truss system with a strip dormer and partly truss construction. Furthermore, the roofing made of folded aluminium sheet. The contents include a technical report, broader relations of transport routes, technological regulations, the solution of the site equipment, the design of the machine assembly, inspection and test plan, work safety for the specified technological stage and itemized budget.
Multifunctional building Vavřinec

The topic of the Master's Thesis is the design of a new multifunctional house on the border of the Moravian Karst. The building is located on the edge of the village of Vavřinec and is consists of a total of a three buildings - Boarding house, Restaurant and Barn. The effort was to create a modern complex that will architecturally merge with its surroundings, preserve the harmony of the place and respect the character of the surrounding buildings. The complex is used for recreation, accommodation and catering. The advantages of the complex is a large barn allowing for social events. These functions are complemented by a small restaurant for tourists, which also serves breakfast for the accommodation guests. Small events can also be held on the second floor of the restaurant, where there is a multifunctional space. All three buildings are rectangular in plan with a pitched roof, oriented in such a way as to create an internal quiet space. Due to the connection of operation of the building, they are connected by means of single-story necks, where the entrance reception or sanitary facilities are located. Pension is a two-storey building, with partial basement. In the above-ground floors there are rooms and accessories, in the underground there are technological facilities and storage spaces, the Boarding house building is connected with the Restaurant building by a basement. In the Restaurant there is a kitchen with storages and accessories. The barn has an open space with large french windows and an admitted roof structure. The basement's vertical load-bearing walls are made of concrete blocks. The above ground walls are designed in Heluz ceramic blocks with a mineral wool ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roofs are flat with extensive vegetation or pitched with metal roofing and thermal insulation above the rafters.
