Kůta, Aleš ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
Nowadays a need of numerical computations of different tasks in the area of electrical engeneering is still rising. Common denominator of great demands given on a constructor and ecomonization of manifacturing is a requirement of efficiency. It´s necessary to use a characterictics of construction, own fundamentals and unique attributes of product. Application of Finite Element Method is possible solution which accombines abilities and knowledge of user in consecutive to complexity of computatio. This enables a use of the most optimal solution. This thesis describes a principals of Direct-Current motor and its´ special design: Direct Inductor motor with extrinsic excitation (permanent magnests). It presents a operation of wiper motor in consecutive to wiping systém and fulfillment of engeneering standards. It also describes a principles of Finite Element Method in context to basics of simulation program FEMM. Main attention is given to creation of concrete model and to simulation of gauged exercise with wiper motor. Also there is a second simulation of motor, focused to different type of stator excitation. Findings of thesis is a comparation of theese exercises. Consecution of modeling in software environment is described. It compiles gauged excercise and interprets them.
Design and analysis of PMSM with concentrated winding
Macek, Pavel ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
Permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) are widely used in many industrial applications. This thesis starts with familiarization with the properties and structure of each type of synchronous machines with permanent magnets. Subsequently there are described properties and possible division of AC winding types. Afterward analytical designs of four machines with two different types of winding were realized. These designs were compared by means of simulations using the RMxprt program and their properties were subsequently verified by method of finite element using the Maxwell 2D program. Evaluation and comparison in terms of utility properties for all designs of machines were performed at the conclusion of this thesis.
Electromagnetic damper
Mikyska, Jan ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This master´s thesis is focused on obtaining electrical energy from vibration control car using electromagnetic dampers. The primary use of the electromagnetic damper is the production of electrical energy, which can then be used to power electrical appliances in your car or battery charging. The thesis is divided into six main parts: a literature review of possible ways of getting electricity from the car damping, theoretical and mathematical analysis of problems, the choice of design with computational analysis of dampers and power calculation.
Simulation models of electromagnetic fields in electric machine
Michailidis, Petr ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This project is dealing with simulation´s posibilities of elektromagnetic fields in elektric machines. A finite element method is the final element technique. The content of this project is a model creation and elektromagnetic simulation of asynchronous machine.
Analysis and design of the AC machines winding.
Vorel, Luboš ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Běloušek, Radim (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on an analysis and design of an AC machines windings. In the theoretical part of the thesis, differences between single-layer and double-layer windings are explained. Next, the properties of a stator winding of synchronous machines are described. Finally, the winding factor is determined by means of a standard calculation method and by means of a new progressive calculation method, too. In the experimental part of this thesis, the stator winding of a high-speed synchronous generator excited by permanent magnets on the rotor is designed. This generator is driven by a steam turbine.
Design, optimization and full load circuit simulation of the surface mounted permanent magnet machine
Bláha, Martin ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Kurfűrst, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the possibility of using the finite elements method for the analysing of synchronous permanent magnets machines. The aim of this work is to discuss the possibility of the machine design more effectively with using the finite elements method and Maxwell software for the simulations. On the created parametric model, simulations were performed according to master thesis assignment. The aim of this work is to determine induced voltage, iron losses, machine inductances and make a permanent magnets demagnetization analysis. From simulations results the machine efficiency is calculated. The parametric model was used for the optimization of selected parameters. From results of optimization new dimensions of permanent magnets was obtained. Machine efficiency was increased by new permanent magnet material and optimized design.
Solution magnetic field distribution in DC machine
Hájek, Jan ; Makki, Zbyněk (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis deals with distribution of magnetic fields in the DC machine. Part of this thesis is the introduction of DC machines, principles of operation and distribution of DC machines. There is also discussed electrically commutated motors. The thesis demonstrates the types of permanent magnets and their properties. Then there is an analysis of the magnetic field electrically commutated motor Atas Nachod in the Ansoft Maxwell. Using Ansoft Simplorer, switching is carried out of the engine. Another part of this work is the analysisthe magnetic field electrically commutated motor Atas Nachod for three types of slot of the stator of the engine. Here it is seen what impact the change has slot on the distribution of magnetic field in the EC motor. Finally, training is carried out measurements of electrically commutated motor BOYANG BY92BL48-4000-2200.
Current sensors
Vaculík, Vlastimil ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma theisis deals with the theoretical analysis of the known types of current sensors, including for example, current transformers, shunts, and advanced sensors using Hall sensor or Rogowski coil. Subsequently, the rest of the work deals with the issue of current transducers with Hall sensors, without using a ferromagnetic circuit. For optimal currnet measure and overall precision, several possible options are designed and calculated. This includes number of sensing elements and distribution of sensors around the wires. Based on calaculation of magnetic intensity, related 3D charts ale plotted unsing Excel software. These charts illustrate the theoretical calculations of field distribution around conductors for various number of sensor. In the last part, components ale designed for practical implementation and scheme of electrical wiring. According to this scheme there is PCB designed as well. Whole current meter ir practically build and its results are compared with theoretical assumtions that are discussed in conclusion part of this theisis.
Study of the influence of magnetic fields on biological tissue
Vlachová Hutová, Eliška ; Fiala, Pavel (referee) ; Bartušek, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this research is to explore the influence of magnetic field on early somatic embryos (ESEs) of spruce and pine. The magnetic field is gradual. This is important for the experiment, each cluster of ESE was exposed to magnetic field of different intensity. The resulting report of this experiment consists of the comparison between various methods of image analysis and the difference in growth of ESEs due to different exposure to magnetic field and surrounding temperature. Enclosed is a proposal of ESE size computing algorithm from a given image.
