Support of European Union for the introduction of new forms of education in kindergarten and special education center in Jihlava (project of European trends of education I.)

Bachelor thesis deals with problems of using alternative methods of special pedagogy in the process of education. These methods can also be considered as trends in preschool education. In theoretical part, different therapies are introduced and briefly described. These therapies were mainstays of a project, which was realised in MŠ a SPC at Demlova street in Jihlava. Practical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research focused on the effectiveness of the project. The aim of the research was to find out, how respondents from target groups (parents, teachers, therapists) perceived the relevance of therapies offered in the project "European trends in education". Responses from the questionnaire support the opinion, that using alternative methods or their elements in preschool education is useful and effective and children with special educational needs accomplish better results with them.

Compliance criteria to be proved by the analysis of a civil engineering structure

Any (not only) civil engineering structure must meet two fundamental requirements: the safety and serviceability before being put into service. While the safety is in general controlled by the loading and behaviour of the structure and by the resistance of its materials, which all are strongly supported by Codes and software packages, the serviceability is often left on the account and experience of the engineer. Some reflections and examples of failures are given in what follows.

Serviceability Assessment of systems in the SBRA method

The method of Simulation Based Reliability Assessment (SBRA) has been proved well especially for relatively simple structures, but the recent development of its software has made possible to use this method also for more complicated structures like moment resisting frames. Nevertheless, the feasibility of exacted analyses of large systems emphasizes a more sophisticated engineering approach, in order to choose the input values and their probabilistic parameters in a reasonable way. In general, the parameters of safety can be more or less easily found in the Codes or other sources, but at least some of the criteria of serviceability must often be found out by the designer himself. Some examples are given in the paper.

Advertising campaign of chosen sports event

Práce popisuje postup stanovení propagačního projektu Mistrovství světa v klasickém lyžování 2009 pro předem zvolenou cílovou skupinu. Práce je pojata jako dopuručení nebo návod pro sestavení propagačního projektu pro podobné akce. Práce je vypracována po jednotlivých bodech propagačního projektu, tj. cíl, cílová skupina, poselství, média, propagační prostředky, harmonogram a rozpočet. V práci je použit dotazníkový výzkum.

Vybrané časti marketingového plánu pre nový investičný projekt

Úlohou práce je vypracovať vybrané časti marketingového plánu pre novo vznikajúci investičný projekt na Slovensku. Na základe voľby a hodnotenia kritérií má autor za cieľ vybrať tri vhodné lokality pre výstavbu kogeneračnej jednotky na výrobu energie z biomasy, ktoré potom doporučí investorovi, ako najvhodnejšie. Ďalšie časti práce sa venujú návrhu prezentácie a štúdie uskutočniteľnosti.

Possibilities of utilisation of financing from European Union funds by chosen municipality

In his thesis, I am focusing on the possibility of withdrawals of funds from European Union funds for the municipality Ocmanice. The whole work is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part are listed mainly theoretical knowledges concerning the municipalities, the regions, regional policy and subsidies. Practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected municipality Ocmanice, SWOT analysis, using the implementation are defined by the development potential of the municipality, also describes the individual operational programmes from which the municipality would be able to draw on the financial support of Ocmanice and listed specific examples of their use. At the conclusion of the work on the project is designed for the construction of sewerage and wastewater TREATMENT PLANT financed by the rural development programme. The whole work can merge as a methodological manual for drawing subsidies for municipalities to 500 inhabitants.

Uvedení nové značky na český trh

Tématem práce je uvedení nové značky profesionální vlasové kosmetiky, značky Redken, na český trh. Teoretická část se zabývá marketingovým mixem a značkou. Praktická část nejdříve představuje společnost L'Oréal, vlastníka značky, a poté strategii plánovaného uvedení. Důraz je zaměřen na marketinogvý mix, positioning značky a hlavní body strategie. V závěru je zhodnocení představeného projektu.
