Evaluation of Economy of the Selected Organization and Suggestions to Its Improvement

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of management contributory organizations Primary School AB in the years 2010 – 2013. The theoretical part deals with the definition of non-profit organizations, organizations and sources of financing educational institutions in the Czech Republic. The analytical part is subjected to a cost-benefit analysis in the main and auxiliary activities and to base that analysis evaluated the economic and financial situation of the organization. In the last section are designed such recommendations, which will lead to increased financial resources and optimize costs.

Cost Management in the Company

My bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of costs in the company TURCK, Inc. which is based in Hradec Králové. The first part describes the theory necessary to understand the second part, where are evaluated data from the company. In the final part I suggest changes that will lead to deal better with the management of costs.

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the study of transport logistics of Považská cementáreň, a. s. The first part of this thesis covers the theoretical background of transport logistics and the following part analyses its current status in the company. The third part of this paper provides various calculations of transportation costs and evaluates the most effective option in terms of cost efficiency.
