Diference in smoking among women and men - students JU.
KLOUDOVÁ, Markéta
This diploma thesis consists from two substantial parts. Important information relating to smoking, specifically information about tobacco and its ways of consumption, smoking effects on womens and mens organism and the health in general, nicotinism and prevention in this case are translated in the theoretical part. The questionnaire was made in practical part and by using quantitave research it was found out the differences in smoking among women and men ? students at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Obtained dates were noted, evaluated and processed in programmes MS Word and Exel by using tables and graphs into the arranged form. By the research survey it was found out that among 254 respondents there was more mens smoker (48,03%) than womens smoker (48,13%). Also, it was showed that women (55,51%) are more informed about smoking effects and its harmfulness to the organism than men (36,61%). The difference between men and women was demonstrated also in the type of cigarettes which they smoke. Women prefer thin cigarettes to stronger cigarettes that are preferred by men. In the end of the work there is stated discussion and drawn conclusions relating to the issue of the diploma thesis.
Differences in alkohol consumption in men and women - students JU.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of alcohol in general, more in detail in connection with the difference in consumption among women and men and its effects on the human organism and its health. In the practical part was made a questionnaire and conducted quantitative research designed for the target group of students of the University of South Bohemia. Data obtained by processing the survey was recorded, evaluated and presented in graphs with commentary; discussions then took place and were determined conclusions.
Assessment of Nursing care differences' at Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture at Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department at The Ceske Budejovice Hospital, Inc. and The AOVV - Presidio di Sondrio

This Bachelor's thesis, composed by theoretical form with application of own personal experience from Department of Trauma Surgery at Ceske Budejovice Hospital, Inc. and Orthopaedic and Traumatology at The Hospital Sondrio, characterizes methods of specific therapy procedures in organization and systems of provided nursing care, its differences at patients with skeletal traction, external fixator, ostheosynthesis and with immobilization dressing, included physiotherapy. It also specify nurses responsibilities starts by the admission of injured patient at A&E department, perioperative care and finally ends by patient's discharge or transfer. It contents also the elements of nursing care documentation created by theoretical models used in specific nursing care of hospitals mentioned above. The main aim of this thesis was comparison of nursing care differences at patients with lower leg injury at A&E departments at the Ceske Budejovice Hospital, Inc. and the AOVV - Presidio di Sondrio. It has been found based on the available specialized literature and own personal experience, that the most essential differences are in nursing care documentation, wound care at patients with external fixator, providing of hygiene and patient's education. Department of Trauma Surgery at the Ceske Budejovice Hospital, Inc. has plenty of nursing care forms which nurses are overload with and their content do not quite correspond with specifically provided care at mentioned department. Nurses are not updated with knowledge of new therapy procedures concerning to wound care with external fixator. Quality hygiene care at Orthopaedic and Traumatology at the Hospital Sondrio is provided by authorized Healthcare Assistants which allow to nurse time relief to perform specialized activities and devote more time to patient by communication. Complex education of patient and their relatives has been also provided at the same department. Final results could be used to improve the quality of nursing care at the hospitals. For this purpose were suggested the Realisation of Nursing scheme for Department of Trauma Surgery at the Ceske Budejovice Hospital, Inc. based on model by Marisi Cantarelli and Nursing Report of patient's transport for Department of Orthopaedic and Traumatology at the Hospital Sondrio. Gained knowledge from this thesis could be used at meetings and nursing trainings from stated departments to enable find more up to date information regarding wound care technic at patients with external fixator.
Private pre-primary schools from the perspective of current society

The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze private pre-primary schools in The Czech Republic from the perspective of Czech society and to describe their substantial problems. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes key legislative conditions necessary for establishment a new pre-primary school and outlines differences between public and private institutions. The practical part focuses on significant difficulties in establishing and running private pre-primary schools compared to public ones as well as their advantages. It also describes parents? views on private and public pre-primary schools.
Transformation of Czech accounting to IFRS for consolidation needs

This thesis deals with the conversion of financial statements and accounting data from the national adjustments to IFRS. Includes ways and means by which the transfer can be achieved, but also their limitations and problems that are associated with the conversion. In the theoretical part the selected blocks converted tries to analyze national approaches with a view looking in the IFRS conversion and outline possible if the sector is needed. The theoretical part is then applied to data from real companies and calculations are made each conversion.
Possibilities of segmentation variables in relation with advertising

The aim of this thesis is to capture significant segmentation variables that shape marketing communication with an emphasis on advertising. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of market segmentation, segmentation variables, marketing communication, advertising and research. The practical part is focused on the realization of the actual research using a questionnaire survey and the evaluation of questions from Market Media Lifestyle. Only traditional descriptive segmentation variables are involved. The questions in the questionnaire are divided into several areas: trust in advertising, influence of advertising in the selection and purchase of a product, condemnation of advertising, advertising in different media types (television, radio, internet and social networking, outdoor advertising, print). In the conclusion of the thesis, significant segments are uncovered and recommendations to improve marketing activities in advertising are suggested.

At first it characterizes single parts of financial statements according to the legislature of Czech Republic and then according to the IFRS. In the elaboration of this work, there are also described the most important differences between those two financial systems which concern to the putting the balance sheet together and stating the single items of the balance sheet.
