Company Computer Network Design
Herodková, Veronika ; Jordán, Vilém (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the design of a computer network in chosen company. In the analytic section of thesis, I describe the computer network and demands of the investor on new computer network. In the last section of bachelor‘s thesis is the design of structured cabling system itself, which comes from previous analysis of computer network and demands of the investor.
Laboratory exercises explaining network technologies and protocols
Coufal, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Jan (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with creation of laboratory exercises in ns-3 environment. Each one of three exercises consists of theoretical introduction and instructions to carry out the simulation. The first exercise´s topic is routing protocol BGP. The second exercise is focused on transport protocols TCP, UDP, SCTP. In the last exercise, the basic network devices and topologies are simulated. The ARP and RIPv2 protocols are simulated as well.
ISP Network Optimalization
Čech, Ondřej ; Podermański, Tomáš (referee) ; Grégr, Matěj (advisor)
Bachoelor's thesis is focusing on analysis of network local ISP, detecting actual problems and offering a solution for founded problems. There were problems with broadcast-storm, private address space, RSTP protocol settings and DHCP spoofing. The following changes were introduced: OSPF routing, RSTP override, automatic backup, client separation using DHCP. There has been a reduction in broadcast traffic and associated broadcast-storm.
Company Computer Network Design
Dykast, Lukáš ; Jordán, Vilém (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
Main goal of this thesis is to design functional and quality computer network of small company based on analysis of current state of object and current computer network, analysis of current state of software and hardware in company and investor’s demands considering future technology innovations and company growth. The thesis is also focused on introduction of current technical design possibilities and choosing suitable solution. The result of this thesis is full computer network design including all requisites and economic evaluation of this project.
Topological entropy
Češík, Antonín ; Vejnar, Benjamin (advisor) ; Pražák, Dalibor (referee)
In this thesis we study topological entropy as an invariant of topological dynamical systems. The first chapter contains basic definitions and examples of topological dynamical systems. In the second chapter we introduce the definition of topological entropy on a compact metric space. We study its properties, in particular the fact that it is invariant under conjugacy. The chapter concludes with calculation of topological entropy for the examples introduced in the first chapter. The last chapter deals with generalizing the notion of topological entropy to noncompact metric spaces. The case of piecewise affine maps on the real line is studied in more detail.
Homeomorphisms in topological structures
Vejnar, Benjamin ; Pyrih, Pavel (advisor) ; Charatonik, Włodzimierz (referee) ; Illanes, Alejandro (referee)
In this thesis, we present solutions to several problems concerning one-dimensi- onal continua. We give an inductive description of graphs with a given disconnec- tion number, this answers a question of S. B. Nadler. Further, we state a topo- logical characterization of the Sierpi'nski triangle. In the study of shore sets in dendroids and λ-dendroids we obtain several positive results and we also provide some counterexamples. By doing this, we continue in the recent work of several authors. We are also dealing with the notion of 1 2 -homogeneity and we prove that up to homeomorphism there are only two 1 2 -homogeneous chainable continua with just two end points. We present also a new elegant proof of a classical theorem of Waraszkiewicz. 1
Giorgio Bassani and Ferrara
Hloušková, Šárka ; Flemrová, Alice (advisor) ; Pelán, Jiří (referee)
The subject of this thesis is The Romance of Ferrara which includes the majority of prosaic work of Giorgio Bassani, one of the most outstanding Italian writers of 20th century. The introduction shows historical and social context of the period in which Bassani grew up and that gave rise to his life philosophy. Without this experience he would never have become a writer and his moral obligation to take down all the truth is based on this fact. The jewish origin of Bassani plays also an important role in his oeuvre; the judaism includes a sense of exceptionality and marginalisation at the same time. This ambivalent feeling is characteristic for majority of Bassani's heroes. The central part of the thesis outlines the thematic and stylistic site of The Romance of Ferrara. We will map even the relationship between the narrator and the author himself, between fiction and reality. The last two chapters concern Ferrara, symbology of the space (vertical and horizontal as well) and the location of characters on the stage of this microcosmos. We will follow characters on their way through Ferrara and will study which role different places are playing within the Bassani's work.
FBM BUT Library Network Infrastructure Design
Valentová, Kateřina ; Sedlák, Petr (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of computer network for new faculty´s library in Faculty of business and management at Brno University of Technology. First, we introduce the concept of computer network, topologies of computer networks and the other closely related things to the design of the computer network infrastructure. Next step is analysis the current library network and requests for computer network in new library. Last part of this thesis is project of new computer network for new faculty library.
Computer Network Design for Service Desk Office
Hriadeľ, Ondřej ; Jordán, Vilém (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis puts forward a computer network for service desk offices of arising branch office of an international company. First part of this thesis analyzes current state of computer network, software and hardware demands as well as investor requirements. Second part introduces general information of computer network which are needed for designing the concept, which is elaborated in the third part. Concrete cabling solutions, device choice and economic evaluation of the whole proposed concept are included.
Computer Network Design for Family Winery
Kroupová, Hana ; Jordán, Vilém (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis introduces the implementation of a computer network for family winery in Velké Pavlovice. First part covers information on computer networks in general and theoretical approach. The second and third part consists of an analysis of the current network and, last but not least, my own design, detailed description and costs of implementation.
