Detached house

The subject of my thesis is a design of a house for a family of 5 members, and process of the documentation for construction. It's a new building, which will be realized on flat land on the outskirts of the development part of village Saratice near Brno. Family house will be without a basement, having two floors, terraces and double garage, which is part of the house. The building is designed from the system Heluz, with reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings, gabled roof with a pleated burnt roofing and a skylight with metal roofing. Frontage of the house is oriented to the southeast, the ground floor is designed as a social area and the second floor as a quiet zone. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD software.
Multifunctional house

Specified bachelor thesis deals with an insulated newly built family house for four to five-member family with added polyfunctionally in the form of project office. Proposed construction is situated in the developable area of peripheral town part of Pelhřimov, southeast part of the town on the land number 2050/174. The proposed new building facility of a family house is a two-storey building consisting two rectangles inset into each other and with a double garage. The object is set into the sloping terrain so that the main entrance to the family house is in the level of the second aboveground floor where there is an entrance hall with utility room, a garage and relaxation, quiet and night zone located. From the level of the second aboveground floor it is possible to descend into the ground of the first aboveground. The ground floor serves as a space of residential area and daily and active space. In the level of the first aboveground floor there is the multifunctional part (project office) situated. It has separate entrance from the level of the first aboveground floor. The object is based on foundation walls and the spreading concrete slab on which the structural system walled of ceramic blocks will be based. The circuit construction will be complemented by contact insulation system ETIC made of breathable grey polystyrene. The ceilings are ferroconcrete and monolithic. There is a single-flat roofing with river-washed stones. The part of the thesis is the assessment of the object from the viewpoint of the thermal properties and processing of the solutions to fire safety construction.
Family house

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is creation of project documentation of construction of family house. The family house is a two-storey building with partly basement. The object is founded on foundation strips, load-bearing structures are mainly designed from system Porotherm, completed with reinforced concrete ceilings and timber structure of roof. The object is situated on parcels n. 3800/76 in multicipality of Velké Meziříčí, cadastral area Velké Meziříčí, region Vysočina.
Honza`s Winery

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a winery with accommodation facilities. The whole area consists of the main building, a building for storage of garden equipment and wooden cabins for lodging during summer time. The diploma thesis is mostly focused on the design of the main building with the winemaking facilities, five rooms on the second floor and technical background. All buildings in the area are appropriately placed considering the cardinal points and they are logically connected with each other by means of roads. The main building is fully provided with cellars where the largest part of the production and the sampling and presentation rooms are found. The shape of the floor plan displays a shape of the letter “u” with two above-ground floors. The whole second above-ground floor is created as a relaxation zone for the guests. Each room has its private balcony with a nice view of the neighbouring vineyards. The roofing is implemented by the flat roof with extensive vegetation and wooden roof trusses, fitting into the surrounding landscape.
Kindergarten in Netín

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten on a particular building site in the village of Netin. The aim is to create a functional layout suitable for everyday use. It is a two-floor construction without a cellar which can accommodate 40 pre-school children. The building has been designed using the construction software system KM BETA and is sheltered with a flat roof on the one-floor part and with a shed roof on the two-floor part.
Kindergarten in Moravany u Brno

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a kindergarten in Moravany u Brna. The building is situated in a flat terrain. There will be designed a garden house behind the kindergarten. The building is basementless with two storeys, in part one storey. There are three operating units, unit with classes, economical unit and administration unit. Walls are designed from KM Beta Sendwix system, ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat roof.
Kindergarten in Šlapanice

This thesis concerns the project design and building design of school facilities, more specifically kindergarten in Šlapanice. It is a new building of the kindergarten, implemented on land plots numbers 2801/69 – 72 and number 2801/74, which is located in Šlapanice near the city of Brno in southern Moravia. The building is designed for the upbringing and education of preschool children. Kindergarten consists of two units for a total of 40 children, component of the proposed building are also spaces designed for leisure activities (multipurpose room). Horizontally building corresponds approximately T – shaped. It is a building without a basement, with one floor, divided into five functional sections (or zones), with the middle part of the building – community area – is designed to be elevated. The building is designed as a brick construction from Porotherm, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete thickness of 300 mm, the roof is made up of the single – layer flat roofs with load layer of washed gravel, entrance doors and windows are made of plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (builder).
Swimming pool

This thesis covers brand new detached indoor pool with one underground and one above ground floor, which is designed for a maximum capacity of 120 people, with two swimming pools, a children's swimming. The building is designed with a flat rectangular roof insulation. Envelopes are ventilated, insulated, bearing part consists of reinforced concrete. The pool hall make up the majority of the building envelope glass facade. Facilities for employees is located on the first basement floor. All technologies for cleaning pool water, air conditioning, boiler, facilities for maintenance are located on the first basement floor. Chimneys are stainless steel, placed on the outside of the building. The finish floors are ceramic tile. Pool bath is designed as a so-called white bathtub. The supporting structure of the ceiling above the pool hall beams are post-tensioned concrete.

It is a detached house on the land plot number 3569/258, which is located in the village Šlapanice near the city of Brno in southern Moravia. The building is designed for housing a family with two children, so for a family of four. Part of the house is a artist studio and gallery, which will be used by the owner of the house for his own business plan. The building has an irregular shape. It is a house without a basement, without a residential loft, with two floors, complemented by a garage. The building is designed as a brick structure of the system Porotherm, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete thickness 150 mm, and house artist studio and gallery are covered by a gabled roof, garage shed roof, windows and doors are plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (the builder).
