Employment of a New Employee while Reducing Costs of His Remuneration

This thesis deals with labour relations, specifically the creation of employment. It focuses on possibilities how to save the cost of a new employee remuneration using subsidies from the Labour Office and employing of a disabled person. By analyzing the expected costs of remuneration and by finding of the actual subsidies from the relevant Labour Office branch, the thesis will propose options to a businesswoman Jitka Houfková how she could reduce these costs. Jitka Houfková will also be recommended an option of achieving the highest savings.

This thesis deals with the employment relationship, its origin and duration. It focuses on analyzing of financial savings, which can be reached in the process of filling a new occupational position whether through the concessions from job centres or employing of disabled persons. Based on this analysis it assesses whether and how effectively the employer Mihal, Ltd. uses these savings opportunities and also suggests the most effective ways to take advantage of these savings.

This bachelor work deals with the end of employment accordance with law of the Czech Republic. In this work summarized information according to termination of employment. This information is analyzed in relationship to existing company. The analysis showed redundancy of employees and high wage costs for the employer. Last part of the work is suggesting optimization of numbers of employees and wage costs.

This thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of workers in a particular company. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge associated with the topic. The second part is focused on a specific company. Here we focus in detail on reward and motivate employees. Based on the data I suggest ideas to improve this system in a company. The new pay system aims to increase output and employment eligibility of workers.
