Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá skončením pracovního poměru v souladu s právními předpisy České republiky. Jsou zde shrnuty informace týkající se průběhu ukončení pracovního poměru, které jsou dále analyzovány u konkrétního zaměstnavatele. Analýza ukázala nadbytečnost zaměstnanců a vysoké mzdové náklady u daného zaměstnavatele. Závěr práce potom tvoří návrh optimalizace počtu zaměstnanců a snížení mzdových nákladů. This bachelor work deals with the end of employment accordance with law of the Czech Republic. In this work summarized information according to termination of employment. This information is analyzed in relationship to existing company. The analysis showed redundancy of employees and high wage costs for the employer. Last part of the work is suggesting optimization of numbers of employees and wage costs.
