Public Administration Decision-Making on Cycle Routes

The thesis focuses on cycle routes fulfilling recreational and touristic function. The aim is creation of a method for evaluating cycle routes attractiveness, applicable in public administration decision-making process. The method enables to compute attractiveness value and to use it as a decision criterion for selecting optimal cycle routes, it also proposes the way their designing. It is based on theoretical knowledge and on a survey of bike trips reviews. The theoretical part deals with public administration, managerial decision making and with cycling infrastructure, which is important for development of cycling. The method is applied in a real territory (Třeboň region) where several cycle routes are designed, and in a decision making both with one and two criteria optimal route is selected.

Tourism and recreational use at Tabor area

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to evaluation of current state of recreational tourist industry in Tábor region. The aim is to upon field research design a suitable product, which could improve the current situation. This thesis is focused mainly on cycle tracks in Tábor. The first step of thesis was studying literary sources and creating literary research. The part with literary sources was followed by making the situation analysis and field investigation. Based on the data gathered from the field research, suggestions for further improvement have been stated. The improvements are focus on improving cycle infrastructure in Tábor.

The importance of castle park Český Krumlov for tourism

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the touristic utilization of a park Český Krumlov. The main goals are to assess the attractiveness, motivation of visitors, assessment of the structure of current visitors of this place. The result was the identification of suggestions on the optimization of the use of the Česku Krumlov Castle Park.

Tourism for the selected segment: high school students

The main aim of this thesis was to evaluate Tourism standard for students of secondary schools in České Budějovice by analysis. To develop a strategic Tourism progress for the selected segment and create appropriate product including introducing on the market. Initially literary sources were studied which served as a base for literary review and situational analysis was created. Based on the field survey results a new product called Edu-cachig was designed which consists of three thematic groups to provoke interest in school excursions by the segment.

Tourism and recreation in Jindřichův Hradec region

A goal of this bachelorship work was to classify todays tourism at chosen destination of Jindřichův Hradec area. In framework of the work was primary discovering structure of prepositions of tourism at chosen destination by using primary data and literature. Primary data were gained by forms of two chosen localities. Attention was also focused toward the visitors of Jindřichův Hradec area. It was classified perception of destination by a visitor, activities in framework of vacation, motivation for visiting ETC. Further in framework of the work was created database of cultural-historical, natural and living attractions. Based on evaluated offer and demands of tourism at chosen location were created potential options of another development of tourism at Jindřichův Hradec area.

Attractiveness and friendliness of a destination

Notions "attractiveness" and "friendliness" in the context of a tourism destination are currently not too researched and developed. Due to increasing competition in the tourism market, tourism destination try to determine the level of their general attractiveness and try to identify specific factors, that determine whether the target visitors consider just this destination as attractive and friendly. Although they are an important indicators, for destination management as well as for public management and regional development, the approaches to their measurement are not generally accepted and identified, because they are subjective focused and specific characterized. This diploma thesis provides fundamental and comprehensive overview of attractiveness and friendliness tourist destination measured approaches.

Zobecněný Zero range proces jako model toku dopravy

In the paper, a model of conservative particle system, which generalises a well known zero range process, is studied. The generalisation consists in allowing jumps of more than one particle in one moment. We describe what this generalisation means in the context of modeling a traffic flow.
